    @NOWTV have bought a day pass for the sport but cannot sign into the app on any device? Can you advise, this is so frustrating when it keeps coming up “unable to connect to sign in, please try again later” on laptop, phone and iPad?

    With a NowTV day sports pass you know you'll get good picture and audio quality for 24hrs. With Hornet Hive you get a couple of hours poor video with even worse audio. And I have a 200mbs connection and a fast computer.

    @SkyUK WHY is your online store to order accessories closed?! This is the only place I can order a new NowTV smart remote £8 and it’s CLOSED!! No one over the phone can help so.....what the hell?!!

    @NOWTV I'm sure you can email an internal email address with the case number 08446537. You don't need security clearance to do that. Just another example of the organisation not being prepared to help or even type an email

    how long does the average @NOWTV black box last? Cause its started displaying error with player on the screen? But only when I've got sky sports on & I have to reload the program again

    Literally bought the sports pass on NowTV for the UFC and it buffers constantly. Illegal streams probably better quality

    @SkySportsPL @bet365 Sky you own NOWTV. I have been promised a refund of £25.98 for being charged in Dec’20 & Jan ‘21 for your “boost” & “pass” even tho cancelled on 4th Dec for Sky Cinema pass.Please have yr NOWTV refund these 2 months totalling £25.98, thank you! I am not working now due to Covid
