@NOWTV your service is terrible. Ive tried multiple times to cancel your service but your website prevents me from retrieving my account and you still take my money every month. You owe me about £100 and i want it back now. All i wanted to do was cancel but now youve annoyed me.

@fiveub Internet with @nowtv has been down since Friday, no engineer yet so currently switched on with a massive 1MB Vodafone dongle courtesy of work. 😭 I need to pre-load Cyberpunk too. Not a chance lol. 12 hour night shift x 3 more (hurry up #OpenReach engineer)

@nowtvhelp @NOWTV I’ve taken the day of work no engineer call appointment was 8am Till 1pm no movement on tracker since sent at 7am not happy what away to start my new contract
