  @NOWHelpTeam Can't actually watch the service I'm paying for because the NowTV player on PC's quality is so abysmal. (Not caused by my PC or Internet connection, this is an issue with the player as has been highlighted since 2017 on the help pages).

  @edensthings on @nowtv the subtitles are very spotty - at times they'll just stop leading you to having no idea what's just been said, and then picking up again mid sentence. terrible.

  @OpenreachHelp This is what @NOWTV have said…“ Openreach have told us that a cease and re-provide will be needed to get your broadband working to full capability.“ However closing & opening another account is at least 10-14 further days - please please @WeAreOpenreach can u just fix it?

  Fell hook line and sinker for a @NOWTV offer of sky sports for the next 10 months (for the EPL season). Made a schoolboy error of not checking reviews beforehand and within a day the utterly shocking streaming quality became blindingly obvious. Live and learn :(

They are about to open a 3rd order which, they hope, will get the service up and running - only another 2 weeks then still to wait ?! Keeping it all crossed #wires #patience #superslow broadband

  @NOWHelpTeam is the appletv app being updated? My dads just paid a sports subscription in time for PLseason, but can’t watch, he selects old yellow&pink nowtv logo on his screen it says “NowTV is unavailable. Try again later” He can’t watch the football on a phone, please help
