    @NOWTV I'm consistently getting VGC-4253024462:4253024462 error when opening Now TV player after a few seconds of showing content......on macOS....uninstalled/reinstalled player but same issue. Was working recently.

    @RangersTV why when I watch Netflix, YouTube or nowtv do I never buffer, but I watch a paid game and rangers tv does every single time!

    @NOWTV Hiya! Yup, tried a service check, all ticks. Have had an engineer out a couple of months back and thought the problem had been fixed. No luck unfortunately, speeds always drop again a few weeks later.

    @NOWTV The chat doesn't work - it always just says try again later. How are you going to get this resolved when there is no way to contact you? @Ofcom

    @NOWTV Yup. I’ve been through those steps a number of times. As I said, I’ve had an engineer out twice previously. My case was closed in December due to the assumption that the issue was fixed when I got 3mbps speeds. I’ve emailed yourselves to reopen my case.

    @NOWTV @nowtvhelp hello my nowtv app isn’t signing in on my nowtv box but it is fine on tablet. All other apps on box are working fine. What is the issue here please?

    @NOWTV Hi. I've arranged for broadband to be activated on Feb 20th. It's been changed, by you, to 22nd Feb. Why is this? Also, the hub delivery address is my current address, but the broadband is for my new address - only my current address is showing on my account. Help please.
