    Chat help me decide. NowTV - £32 a month for 1080p Locked in for 12 months, only get Sky Sports Virgin Media - £44 a month Locked in for 24 months, but get Sky Sports and TNT Sports

    @NOWTV do you know your subtitles are ALWAYS out of synch with the movie? The subtitles are always 2 minutes ahead of what's happening on screen. It's very annoying! I think it's because you add adverts before the movie? That screws up the timing. FIX IT PLEASE.

    @NOW You've asked me to update my payment details, but it is not possible to do so. Every card I use, the same error message. So, constantly crashing to the home-screen, no adverts just gaps and now I can't make payment. What's going wrong #NowTV? @NOWHelpTeam

    @flixtonred Hi If you're unable to sign in to NowTV, I would recommend contacting your TV manufacturer as this would be a device issue and not an issue with Freely.

    @NOWTV can you please explain why on Tuesday I was able to select Superfast broadband for the property I'm moving to but when I've gone back on today it will only let me choose Full Fibre? I don't want this as I can't wait for an engineer visit because I need broadband for work
