    No broadband now for nearly 2 weeks. The NOWTV sales team are not being any help whatsoever. Just told us to wait til 6th January! @NOWHelpTeam

    @sheepyk Sky Sports via a NowTV stick & BT Sport via a phone to Chromecast into the same telly work absolutely no problems at all. Amazon live sport is always shite Wasn’t bandwidth - only other appreciable activity on the network was 6 Music to a Sonos. 50mbps availabile bandwidth

    @BashyUK @bt_uk @NOWTV Very dodgy explanation by BT. Now app subs works on iPhone/iPad/fire stick so no reason why it shdnt work on the BT box.

    I paid @NOW TV £11.99 to watch a series & a film. But found out it doesn't work on Chromebook only after I'd paid. @NOW TV - can you give me my money back? Why is there no warning before you buy?! #NOWTV #complaint #complaints

    @OpenreachHelp @NOWTV don’t seem prepared to do this, despite the original date of 09/12 having been missed and us now being left without service. An update was expected from yourselves today, but we’re now being quoted a different issue with operations on your end, and another week of waiting.

    @SkyHelpTeam Basically I have the NowTV Hub 2 box which I believe is run by sky services because that's what comes up when I run online tests. I'm being told there's an outage, is it worth even getting an engineer out (if so how) or should I just wait for the servers to get back to normal?
