@NOWHelpTeam Oh now thats a record, 12 times I've had to tell the NowTV tech team that it is not an issue with my Internet provider and is in fact the appauling NowTV player that's at fault. Oh and 5 times telling them that I've already contacted my provider. This is getting so tedious.

@itvhub your app will always crash at some point during advert breaks usually from the 2nd advert break onwards on the Nowtv stick and returns to the homepage where you have to find programme again and rewatch the same adverts. Any advice how to fix this?

@Miriam11180064 Oh no that’s the worst! I’m sorry!! Let’s see I’ve mostly been watching Chinese fantasy on Netflix recently (aka word of honour, the untamed), but also enjoyed French heist show Lupin, and nowtv’s supernatural comedy Wellington Paranormal which is what we do in the shadows vibes

@NOWTV is there an issue with your service. All day long I’ve been trying to resubscribe but having issues. Even when I try to reset password it says unexpected error? Any ideas?

@terry_winter @NOWTV 🤔Wonder what's gone wrong, as I've just had a £20/month @Nowtv subscription for the Lions series, paid £3 extra for HD. The stream quality was excellent on PC, Smart TV with Amazon Fire Stick and TalkTalk YouView Box. No issues with all 3 running at the same time. Good luck!
