Sitting here feeling really smug having realised the NowTV stick I was gifted 4 years ago is powered by Roku and therefore, has Disney+. No more plugging the laptop in to watch The Mandolorian! Also, I found my degree certificate which I need for first day at work tomorrow 🥳

Why is our sky sports picture quality so poor through our @NOWTV stick @nowtvhelp? All other applications are streaming fine in HD yet sky sports is barely watchable. It’s not cheap so it’s not acceptable. I see others are having the same issue. Our broadband is fine.

@nowtvhelp I can't use the NowTV app on my android device. It simply logs me out every time I try to play something. Spent an hour with technical support who told me the issue was fixed. Problem still there when I tested it. Tech support closed the conversation and passed me to a chatbot.
