Why is @NOWTV so totally unusable? Trying to watch the #FRIENDSREUNION it will not allow me to rewind 2 seconds to rewatch a cherished moment without rewinding to the beginning. #infuriating. Is it on DVD?!?😡😡😡😡

I love @NOWTV, their entire troubleshooting for their app not working is blaming my fibre to property Internet connection. They suggested I use mobile data. For video streaming. Yeah, no.

@NOW @Sheridansmith1 Why do we need to delete and reinstall NowTV app on Apple TV every other day on the account of screen size either shrinking or expanding! Don’t have a problem with any other app except for NowTV!

NowTV consistently lets me down. Buffering and quality drop outs ALL the time. Service cancelled due to Promising Young Woman being ruined by said issues.

Nightly rant about #NOWTV internet. It has to be level worst with Virgin (who I switched from) I've got boosted internet as I have to sometimes do work stuff from home and my partner is freelance and does all admin from home. @nowtv will be leaving at end of contract

@NOWTV part 2 now vulnerable customers like me have to make payment of a very high amount to get services back on to work sacrificing priority bills just so they can work to pay anything!
