    @NOWTV I've paid for a 24hr pass to watch villa v newcastle, but everytime I try to watch the player loads and I get an error code OVP_00005. The game starts in 15minutes - can this be fixed? If not, can I get a refund? I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but no good.

    @nowtvhelp Hi, I just got charged for Ent Pass, but it didn't tell me my voucher expired and was charged the full price. I cancelled it but would like to have a refund. Live Chat doesn't work. Thx @NOWTV

    @NOWTV Is there a problem with your service as I keep getting the status error for the past 3 days? I've reset router and reinstalled Now TV on the xbox. This is the only app I'm having trouble with.

    @katlove1982 As advised, the issue with the NowTV website would be their issue as we have nothing to do with this Could you let us know what happens when you try to sign up via your TV box? Thanks, Andy
