Little mini-rant about encouraging customers to do the right thing. So I’m a subscriber to many services - Apple Music, Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime, Sky TV, NowTV and probably a few more besides. I *like* to pay for my content! It’s worth it! But I have a problem..

@NOWHelpTeam nowtv broadband not working, can't check on the site and have been on hold for a while. Is the Bournemouth area affected by an outage?

  • mcgeo99 R MC (@mcgeo99) reported

@NOWHelpTeam Why does NowTv player on windows crash after after about 2 seconds 6 or 7 times before it works? Every single time. Throws up an error than closes. Eventually works.

@NOW is the worst service I have had ever. I live in zone 1 central London and I purchased it for @lionsofficial tour. I have yet to watch a game in the crystal clear view I had hoped for. 👎👎👎🤬 #nowtv and yes I have done all your troubleshooting, and it’s still ****

  • chloe_brind Chloe Brind (@chloe_brind) reported

@RokuSupport I bought a Roku this week but I don’t get an option to log in on NowTV. It just says “sorry there was an error in the player, unable to load video” but I’ve never logged in. Please help?

@sticklandtim @NOWTV Yep - app says "Something went wrong". Have reinstalled, still doesn't work. I'm paying for this.

Well @OpenreachHelp … we ordered #superfastbroadband thru @NOWTV & @WeAreOpenreach were due to activate it on July 1st. So over a month later and many many OR engineers we have no broadband at all & not even a telephone line anymore. Disappointed doesn’t even cover it - pls fix

  • garethlloyd1977 Gareth Lloyd 💙 (@garethlloyd1977) reported

Using @NOWTV is just about the worst user experience ever. Sign in to website, buy pass, sign in and out of app about 10 times and then eventually get the rugby on. It's as if they don't want people to watch.

…In France for a few weeks, and want to watch the Grand Prix. I subscribe to Sky F1 AND NowTV Sports, so no problem right? Wrong. “This content isn’t available in your country”. So use a VPN, right? Wrong. “We’ve detected you’re using a VPN”…
