Had nothing but issues with @NOWTV broadband since we moved in over a month ago. So many phone calls, two engineers later and I'm now facing all weekend with no Internet because I'm waiting 3 working days for my third engineer who I have zero confidence will do anything.

@NOWTV I’m having big issues with my new account. I’ve been billed for a cinema pass when trying to install the app on my TV (it said it was a free 7 day trial). I cancelled it immediately. Now being told I signed up for it alongside Ents & I didn’t! It’s two diff sign up times.

@OpenreachHelp This issue still isn't fixed nearly 2 weeks later. @NOWTV are firmly blaming it on @OpenreachHelp system error. Committed order 18th Oct, still waiting...

@OpenreachHelp Well, your Engineer didn't turn up, completely lied and cancelled the job as he "couldn't get access" and now I have to wait weeks again for another cancellation & pay another huge phone bill to tether my laptop because I have to work remotely👍 @OpenreachHelp Provider is @NOWTV

@NOWTV how can I contact you if there is no option to speak to someone on live chat on your site?!! It tells me to get in touch but gives no contact details and takes me back to self help, don't say you have live chat and then not let anyone see where it is!!!

@amazon I have to say that as a regular prime subscriber I am not happy with the quality playback of your video service. It's not our devices/cables or the internet as Netflix/Disney/nowtv/YouTube work fine. Please fix your service for streaming.

My @NOWTV player isn't working on my laptop. Googled it and apparently lots of people are having this issue and Now TV is doing nothing about it. Such poor customer service. Sad.

@gavinmuellerphd @Greene_DM HBO is interesting because their model is more "classic" and oriented around IP rights in global markets. We get it through Sky's "NowTV", quite possibly the worst streaming software i've ever used
