@nowtvhelp hi, having issues where my broadband keeps going on and off. Ran an a service check on the nowtv website - said it recognises broadband is slow but couldn’t diagnose the issue and asked to contact now tv. Any issues in the Stockport area?

Look out for emails from the Accessibility Team. Emails are received on that case number. Some @NOWTV staff sending emails from the Accessibility Case number tells me to contact the accessibility team on the site. Round in circles. No help from the Accessibility team @nowtvhelp .

@Tinkz_25 I do apologise for the mix up in makes of TV's You won't be able to use the inbuilt Internet browser on your Toshiba television to watch NowTV, where only Windows or Mac PC's / Laptops will work on the NowTV website using the NowTV player software.

@nowtvhelp My NowTV Stick has not been working correctly since I got it in October, and I can't find anywhere to get in touch with you!! Please can you help? It's constantly flashing black on/off screen and freezes my TV constantly. I was better with the old box it replaced! 😕
