  @G33K_D4D @NOWTV it seems to be a issue initialising stream quality, if you move the popup out of the way, the stream quality eventually establishes itself and you can watch the relevant channel. Still not good enough for the money NowTV demand for their sub standard service

  @NOWTV i have elderly ppl in the house no broadband nor fixed line telephone. Can you tell us if it is area problem? Also can the home phone by diverted to mobile number?

  @AlanPLTiller Hi Alan, thanks for getting in touch and I do apologise for the delay in response. Alan I do apologise that the nowtv is no longer supported as a nowtv device. Can I ask with your nowtv stick are you receiving any error messages?

  @MrGrahamFoster If you are wanting basic channels, because trust me there is much on the others, get NowTV Ents package. I also have my broadband with them and I never have any issues.

  @NOWTV Please bring back the Now TV Box mine has died and I bought one of those now TV sticks and they are crap!!! Two meters and direct line of site to the WiFi and it can't muster HD when the rest of my units can without an issue bring back the ability to use an ethernet cable!

  @nowtvhelp I’ve installed the NowTV app on my fire stick but every time I try and play something it comes up with “Sorry, there was an error in the player”. It’s been doing this for a couple of days and I’ve tried reinstalling the app.

  @NOWTV I've paid for a 24hr pass to watch villa v newcastle, but everytime I try to watch the player loads and I get an error code OVP_00005. The game starts in 15minutes - can this be fixed? If not, can I get a refund? I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but no good.

  @NOWTV Hi. I stop the stream, then long press the Back button to close the app - figuring that'll help. I have got the stream going on my iPad now but it took maybe 10 minutes or more to work.
