  @NOWHelpTeam All three of my NowTv boxes keep saying I am not connected to wifi. I have to restart boxes and then they connect fine. Problem is I need to do this every time I want to watch.

  @NOWHelpTeam Can't actually watch the service I'm paying for because the NowTV player on PC's quality is so abysmal. (Not caused by my PC or Internet connection, this is an issue with the player as has been highlighted since 2017 on the help pages).

  @NOWHelpTeam I bought a #nowtv stick to watch the @lionsofficial series. Your streaming service didn’t work. Was then told that I needed to delete and reinstall the app. I replied “your mobile web page was also down”, at which point I was cut off the chat. Embarrassing service!!

  Sorting NowTV broadband & TV out for mam >100 miles away & everything was absolutely fine until #VerifiedByVISA pops up to **** everything up. It's sent a code to a mobile number which nobody recognises! \o/ There's no way to fix! \o/ She'll be left with no phone OR internet.

  @itvhub your app will always crash at some point during advert breaks usually from the 2nd advert break onwards on the Nowtv stick and returns to the homepage where you have to find programme again and rewatch the same adverts. Any advice how to fix this?

  @NOWHelpTeam I have read your help pages and none of it justifies adverts on streaming, it just states the ridiculous charges you have put in place to remove adverts ... just profiteering on your part, bad show @NOWTV

  @GWR71 @BritBox_UK Spent years hoping NowTV would fix the pitch correction on their shows (or just play it at their native frame rates) so that the audio wouldn't sound slightly gross and off-pitch on all their US shows. If a service with Sky's budget can't do it, I've little hope for BritBox.
