    @NOWHelpTeam I can confirm NowTV doesn’t work on the new AppleTv4k 2021 (A2169) also. Please fix ASAP.

    When will this be fixed so I know whether to cancel my various NowTV subscriptions no point in me paying for a service I cannot use? All my other subscription apps like Netflix work just fine!

    NowTV support trying to get me to install Internet Explorer on my Mac and iPhone to get their player to work. Can anyone spot the problem there? When it ran on AppleTV through iTunes billing it worked brilliantly. NowTV app not working on Mac or iPhone.

    @Fiery40 That would be awful for me as I watch golf on Skysports, via Nowtv , which requires a pretty good speed.

    @DavidBoink Yeah, would be better not to pay for Virgin as then I could subscribe to some service like Netflix or Amazon prime or even NowTV which I don’t have. Only the fact that I need internet 7 days a week at the mo for work & the hassle of changing stops me!

    @NOWHelpTeam I've done all of this numerous times. A colleague of yours said the problem is that NowTV are having issues with live sports streaming
