  @NOWTV It's not on, haven't changed any settings since using Canva daily for months, it stopped working on Thursday and haven't been able to access it since. Seems like other NowTV customers are having the same problem according to @canva

  @nowtvhelp here we go again nowtv.. I have now bought a new smart stick and I have now had 3 activation codes and all of them are not working I am loosing my patience with this company!!!! 😞😞

  @raymierussell @richmondmike Yeah I've got a Roku just for NOWTV. The Fire Cube handles everything including Kodi to watch MP4 files - just not Now TV until now. Of course I backed the donkey version! Thing is you used to be able to sideload it until they put checks into the app - so it can work! Grrrrr.

  . @NOWTV @nowtvhelp your service isnt working. On the cinema pass you play the advert for now TV but not the actual movie. I'm going to cancel after this month. No point paying for a service which doesn't work.

  @techbuzzinfo @BazPantz Doesnt work on amazon firestick, bet its due to irish nowtv accounts not compatiable with stuff on amazon

  @NOWTV I am having so many problems with your broadband at the moment. Any time I want to join a Teams call, or stream something, the connection drops out. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get someone to assist either. (Yes I've performed line connection tests).

  Continue to be disappointed with the @NOWTV broadband we have. Totally unusable today and means I've got to look to go into the office to do work I could do from home because they can't provide the basic level of service we pay for. What a joke.

  @Ofcom the Customer Service from Now tv on twitter & in email is too poor. Now tv has ruined its streaming service for some disabled customers. Customers that aren't disabled have reported the same issues. The separate Nowtv app needs to added back on now tv devices.

  @NOWTV What's the support email address? I don't have time to be on hold for hours as I'm at work and this is a known issue so assumed you would be able to provide an update on what's being done to resolve it?
