    Anyone else getting fed up with @NOWTV coverage of @SkySportsF1 Every time I click on it, it’s a black screen. Then eventually the sound is out of sync with the visuals. It’s been an issue for months and I brought it up with them. It’s still not been fixed.

    Anyone else watching on Sky / NowTV having sound issues? For me, the sound is a few seconds behind the pictures. It's the same across different devices too #nffc

    @MorelandJo @NOWTV You can’t they refuse to fix them - there’s 100s of threads on here dating back to 2024 - they’re the only tv streamer that couldn’t give a ****. I’m not renewing my subscription with poor quality tv streamers

    @NOWTV no update on the audio description issue you are having on multiple programmes? It's an expensive subscription and havnt been able to watch anything for 3 days

    @nowtv Anyone else having issues with Now app on phone and telly, its buffering evey 10 seconds all advice follwed to mitigate it down to app re- install

    @dumilaiweman Exactly. Fix Btv2 into a real content engine or fully commit to NowTV as Botswana’s digital future. Right now, we have weak broadcasting and a substandard streaming platform. Digital audiences won’t tolerate poor UX or half-hearted execution. With the "best" tools allegedly.
