@nowtvhelp @NOWTV everytime I fill in your "find account" it shows as "Sorry, we couldn’t find a match" - the account details are 100% correct and will not progress past this point. Looks like a technical issue on your site, please advise

@NOWTV Was just in live chat with someone but they have ended the chat without sorting issue out. Basically we have now been sent a set your password email but when we click on the link it takes us to a screen that says access denied

@NOWTV That’s the problem. I’ve had to do this multiple times and often have to restart my TV just to get your app to work. This doesn’t happen with any other app (Netflix, Amazon, BBC, ITV, Channel 4, BT Sport etc).

@NOWTV constant glitching for last two days. Unknown page error repeatedly. Abandoned multiple attempts to watch movies. No issue streaming with the other content streamers like Netflix, Disney plus. Very unsatisfactory customer experience. Please advise??
