@OpenreachHelp No . We are with @NOWTV and speaking then them said the outage has been logged but all down to yourselves, nothing they can do and no estimate on when it will be repaired

@4Viewers Hi it’s a nowTV box with the All4 app installed - there are episodes 1 2 3 4 5 6 8 and 10. 7 and 9 are missing. Also tried on my LG smart TV, the app is missing these episodes on both devices, and @GrainnePR is having the same problem

I cannot login to my account and there is no way to resolve this as all services require login and there is no technical support to TV customers. I'm paying for a service I can't access. There must be hundreds of people in this helpless position. How can I resolve this? @NOWTV

@virginmedia Have cleared cookies/cache - had to sign in to everything all over again, allowed cookies on your website - still getting error messages. I was trying to contact you about upgrading my TV package ahead of the half-term holiday, but it's going to be less hassle to buy a NowTV box.

@feker Yea but the reason they won't do NowTV in hd or 4k is because they feel it will pull subscribers away from Sky in ireland. If Skt allowed HBO max and nowTV increased the quality, I wouldn't mind paying. But their mentality is pay a rediculous price for 4k, or illegally stream it

Your service is a joke @NOWTV. Constant freezing and error messages even though my signal is perfectly fine. What am I paying for?
