    @TalkTalk Given your TV does not work properly and the nowtv app does not do what I was told, I will be going to the ombudsman as you are refusing to waive the early termination charge. Appalling.

    @Nightshade82 Hi Julie, you should be able to fix this by: Navigate to C:\Users\username\AppData\LocalLow Delete the Cisco folder Open NowTV Player and it should work.

    Nothing but problems with @bt_uk nowtv addons. Added HD channels and now can’t stream any channel through the guide, again! More time unable to use it than using it and still paying full whack for it!

    FFS. @NOWTV £10 for a pass #shfnew - iOS app won't chromecast , pc app has no sound. Going to have to watch on a &£&£g phone screen. Go online and it's a problem for everyone. Daylight robbery. #makingbtlookgood

    @NOWTV Don’t have a specific issue, the whole thing is overcomplicated and lacking. Just use other apps like Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Video and even BBC iPlayer. They have a much better user experience.
