  @AJRoach @skytv @netflix I've had numerous issues with All4, especially on content that goes out on a Friday night. Subtitles have often not appeared until the Monday when, presumably, everyone's back in the office. It's not hard to make sure AD and CC's are included. NowTV are awful for this as well.

  @NOWTV can I get a refund on my sub? Your subtitles don't work. They start fine then just stop altogether.

  @nowtvhelp Hi, we were due to receive a NOWTV box last week. We’ve been told it’s delayed & now you can’t even confirm if it’s being delivered to our old house or new house. The engineer has now arrived before the box. We have to WFH tomorrow! Please help

  @tweetsfromben @All4 I never have an issue with All4. NowTV on the other hand... crashes all the time and doesn’t remember where you are, infuriating

  More Nowtv customers have to report the new ui as useless instead of just complaining about & not even posting it to @NOWTV . Nowtv has stated that they need more complaints before the fix or replace the useless UI for disabled customers. @Ofcom I have the email to prove this.

  So if i put in a formal complaint & #Nowtv fixes the ui for disabled customers then what was the point of #Nowtv stating for months that they wont fix the ui for disabled customers. @Ofcom Why are companies allowed to treat disabled customers like that.

  @NOWTV I tried about 6 times at various points over Saturday and Sunday since you last sent me a link and it’s not working maybe if you had a phone number people could call you on it would be far easier
