  @NOWTV you have taken money and i cancelled my account, you try to cut costs by making customers problem solve and then hope they give up, im sure this metric is encouraged as the silo that the profits sit in from this behaviour is no doubt lucritive. Provide a number?

  @NOWTV part 3 ever gone to my head to pay this bill of almost 80 pounds to just be able to work when I called and asked to pay over 2 weeks ago! Being lied to by your company is something I'm used to by now

  @NOWTV_It I’ve tweeted before- app on LG TV keeps crashing. Then showing ‘unknown page error’. I’ve updated. Don’t have this problem with Netflix or prime. Just NowTV… why?

  @SteveDoherty1 @SkyUK NowTV passes bought on AppleTV or through iTunes are only usable on Apple device(s) :( You can try & ask Apple to refund but for the price it’s easier to just buy a new pass for the TV - or get a family member to use theirs to login ;)

  We need a new TV series to slowly binge... I'm sure I had a mental note of some to give a look but have forgotten them. Can't be a Sky series though as I don't have the enthusiasm to sort out our NowTV problems.

  @NOW @Sheridansmith1 Why do we need to delete and reinstall NowTV app on Apple TV every other day on the account of screen size either shrinking or expanding! Don’t have a problem with any other app except for NowTV!

  NowTV consistently lets me down. Buffering and quality drop outs ALL the time. Service cancelled due to Promising Young Woman being ruined by said issues.

  @NOWTV Hi I’m trying to cancel my now tv account but when I log in it does not show my account details or payment details and shows the prices in euros I cannot cancel my payments either on my bank account as it shows as a card payment and not a DD or Standing order please help
