And the gall from the Voda advisor to ask me to contact my previous ISP NowTv to release my landline number-who’s advisor kept reps eating like parrot ‘it’s with BT’, Voda, it should be your job to do this, you made the error! Not me! I expect a resolution by next week, or else👋

@NOWTV Hi our Now TV always freezes if there’s even a slight problem with WiFi (we have to unplug the TV to get it to unfreeze) how do I refresh the app?? Also today it’s just a black screen with white writing saying “Now TV is currently unavailable” wtf is going on???

@NOWTV Your app is terrible on our smart TV, freezing no audio and most times won't open, all other apps @netflix @AmazonPrime #itvhub all work fine. Contacted your support and they advise to buy a Now Stick...thanks!
