    @AJRoach @skytv @netflix I've had numerous issues with All4, especially on content that goes out on a Friday night. Subtitles have often not appeared until the Monday when, presumably, everyone's back in the office. It's not hard to make sure AD and CC's are included. NowTV are awful for this as well.

    @NOWTV where is the telephone help number?? Going round and round in circles, the broadband not working so need to speak to someone. I can't work without it.

    @NOWTV I have previously been in conversation with you back in November about being charged for something I've not even signed up for. This is still happening and want to speak to someone about it. Sadly you don't have a phone number for TV issues, but you do for broadband??

    @bt_uk No issue with the @bt_uk signal, just an issue with @NOWTV finding it!!!

    @NOWTV I tried about 6 times at various points over Saturday and Sunday since you last sent me a link and it’s not working maybe if you had a phone number people could call you on it would be far easier

    @nowtvhelp The NowTV box through our TV, we don't get an error code just says Sorry NowTV is currently unavailable

    @nowtvhelp can't get NowTV to work after resetting the box and connection...
