@NOW You've asked me to update my payment details, but it is not possible to do so. Every card I use, the same error message. So, constantly crashing to the home-screen, no adverts just gaps and now I can't make payment. What's going wrong #NowTV? @NOWHelpTeam

.@NOWTV Avoid their broadband service, as they have the worst customer support and they seek to scam you as they will not offer compensation or refunds when their service is not working. It will take you months to try to get any sort of money back. #poorcustomerservice

It’s been a while but once again having problems with my @NOWTV for whatever reason the channels are switching off at commercial breaks on live TV specifically Sky Showcase and Sky Max…it’s frustrating to say the least & I’m coming to the end of my offers for Entertainment Pass

Feeling let down bought a Nowtv stick in a Cex shop, 'cos a deal with Sky TV included all Sky Movies. Plug in, enter code. Nowhere to enter code, 1 hour via Indian help no connection. Returned stick today, very poor customer service and misleading people into getting a bargain!
