DT (@DT_S5) reported@bt_uk Hi Scott, no it's apps through the BT Box. Why don't you send customers the latest box when they extend or remain with you? @PrimeVideo and @NOWTV riddled with errors and paused on your platform.

Irene (@luvasunnyday) reported@johnburtons I deffo quality as a #FatherBrown groupie as I binge watched season 10 as soon as it was on BBC iplayer & then went back to rewatch from season 1 right through again on NowTV. I've said before a world without a season of FB in it would be a travesty

RichardCycles (@ABriskwind) reported@NOWHelpTeam Hi. Trying to watch any programme on #NOWTV via the PS4 is shocking recently. Buffers every 10 - 60 seconds. Delete the app and reinstalled. Same issue. All other streaming platforms (Apple, iPlayer, Amazon etc) work perfectly. Have you updated the app recently?

Andy Stav (@AndyStav1) reported@NOWTV trying to watch via my Google chrome cast app, but getting this error message. SDK.LOADING_LIMIT.UNKNOWN_REASON.MAIN_CONTENT Been like this for a week. I've updated my chromecast, restarted. Everything. I can watch on my phone but unable to cast. Please help!

Matt (@MattFraser93) reported@sjmjarvis Disney+ I only have for Marvel stuff, the odd bit of Star Wars, new movie releases and some childhood shows! But my Netflix list is the largest! I've never tried Apple TV, I've got NowTV though so I can watch The Last of Us and god the service quality is bad! It's expensive too!
