To contact you by phone (your bots don't work either) it costs £6 plus my providers fee. All I am asking for is you to provide the service I paid £9.99 for!

✌🏻️ (@djm_eightyone) reported@NOWTV By all means! What can you do about the remotes? I put fresh batteries in, they last a couple of days, then stop working. I have tried several brands of batteries and it’s on two different remotes. They are obviously sub-standard. Can you issue replacements?
