@glyn1002 No worries. I was fishing around and it's nowtv that's the problem according to sky. Checked back to hd and it's fine again now.

@NOWHelpTeam We’ve had two engineers come and look at the line and still no progress, we’ve heard it all before so not holding my breath. But thank you for your help. (Not angry at you just the service x) PS BEWARE and do NOT get WiFi through NowTV #nowtvisoverparty

@NOW You see, this is the problem. I have complained. To you. But now you’re saying I have to make a complaint elsewhere as well. This is symptomatic of the flaws in the NowTV approach. It should all just be so much easier and user friendly.

@John_Finnis_ @elson_tong This is not the first article I’ve read about BNOs and their life in UK. Think NowTV previously had an exclusive and some of them were actually accountants & finance professionals who went there to work in supermart checkouts. Yeah, if you’ve made enough fair enough I guess.

Not at all happy with NOWTV’s service. We booked a time slot 2-3 weeks ago to sort out fitting new internet and booked time off work specifically, and they never even showed up or rang yesterday 😡sent an email to see what’s happening and NOTHING! @NOWHelpTeam

Hi @NOW can you help please? I can see the new series of @GreysABC but can't play it. My NowTV account says 2 episodes available & I have the entertainment account but it keeps saying start a free trial & I can't play it. What does a girl have to do for a Grey's fix these days?
