Coincidentally, Netflix forgot where I was in Designated Survivor so I’m finding I’ve seen these episodes. I’m going to plough on from this point regardless as it’s been a while. Meanwhile, NowTV forgot where I was with Manifest and I hadn’t the energy to work that one out.

@nowtv @nowtvhelp Why are your chat assistants not very good? Don't you train them properly? Twice now they've followed the script, "yes you have a pass, you get the following, that's not working, OK uninstall & reinstall, try again." Then chat goes dead. @VodafoneUK poor swap!

@nowtvhelp Thanks for the update but NowTV is on PC and MAC and I even have it on my LG television why is it not available for chromebooks ? What’s the issue, cheers

how long does the average @NOWTV black box last? Cause its started displaying error with player on the screen? But only when I've got sky sports on & I have to reload the program again

@NOWTV Yes I’ve done that, and it still isn’t working when I’ve reinstalled and tried to sign in... or to sign into the website, literally just bought a pass this morning

@camangusmurray @NOWTV Tried two TVs also tried through the firestick and two different phones, iPhone and Samsung. No connectivity issues as all other apps are working perfectly. Please respond.
