    @sargent65 I've been watching a lot of films with the volume turned down coz of sleeping baby and some of the subtitles are terrible! NowTV is especially bad. Netflix 👍🏻

    @NOWTV My card was copied so it got cancelled by the bank. I missed my payment as a result. Received an email on Sunday from you to say in 2 weeks my account would be closed. It was closed yesterday, and as I work there's no one on chat. I have now added my new card. Any help welcome.

    @NOWTV @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp Bloody useless the pair of them, couldn’t organise a piss-up in a brewery. Internet and landline outage in Faringdon, Oxfordshire since last Tuesday in the property of an elderly alone without support. Helplines are inept!
