    @DisneyPlusUK I am trying to turn on English subtitles on the app on @NOWTV and it doesn't seem to have that option? I have tried a number of things but I can't see this option and your help page implies it is only available on certain devices?

    @theloop It's super annoying that many basic controls like "skip back 10 seconds" don't work on many Apple TV apps like YouTube and NowTV (Sky), surely such basics should be compulsory to get through the App Store

    @NOW honestly never had so many issues with the internet until we got nowtv. Terrible speeds and constant disconnections #NOWTVdown

    @BereniceHealey you can sign into the iPlayer app on a telly by going to a website and it's easy. On NowTV you have to pick every single letter via an onscreen keyboard. It doesn't have shortcuts for the usual email providers, or even a shortcut for .com. It's SO AWFUL
