  @NOWTV No, never changed my email. I am able to log in using the email I used, but then get errors when trying to navigate through the system. The agents tell me I am not registered. I cannot register as your system tells me I alresdy have. I need someone to contact me direct to resolve

  @nowtvhelp having issues with devices on my NowTV account. It is using a new IP address on my device each time I use it so counts as an extra device

  @LouiseDeafAware @anniebe3 @NOWTV Sometimes NowTV take a few days after release to put up their captions! I've noticed if its relessed on a Friday, captions won't be available over the weekend! The team who does the captions is probably not working then 😒😒🤐

  @AmazonHelp I'm using a amazon fire stick bought from amazon. So I hope that ticks all the boxes for being supported? Don't blame my network connection because @NOWTV works perfectly (eventually) and our laptop and mobiles work without issues.

  @NOWTV trying to joing/rejoin your service but having numerous technical issues. Account not working from one registered years ago. Online chat agent useless and says my email account doesn't exist. Please fix it or lose me as a customer.

  Comparing @NOWTV app and @btsport app is not even close, Now TV have to improve the quality considering what they charge. Boost is no good either when on 4k TV.
