@EmShadows @NOWHelpTeam Well, I wanted to avoid doing all of that. Really ... i wanted to give Nowtv a chance to help me without taking those steps ... mistakes happen. But they just refuse to help at all. They're completely useless or deliberately unhelpful.

What’s the deal when the wifi on the laptop works fine but the nowtv stick won’t load cos it says there’s no internet and half the apps on your phone work fine but the other half won’t load cos there’s no internet? And you’ve already turned the router on and off a bunch of times

@NOWTV Yes and it was because of communication error in organising the technician. Still no idea of next booking to install.. asked and said it was with tier 2 and that's it..

@NOWTV tried your live chat, the cut me off one conversation after nearly an hour going round in circles. Started another chat but had to go back to the beginning so not further forward. I will now complain to CISAS as yours staff are still unwilling to help

@NOWTV said I had clicked on something so was charged for it, I didn’t select any extras but because my boys have clicked on it, it’s charged me. They refuse to help and just say tough that’s how it works. Please don’t fall for the free 7 day trial it’s all a con!!

@MoodySlayerUK @F1 Do understand your problem, I used nowtv sports until they refused to acknowledge that they weren't supplying their product during first lockdown. In fact they didn't reply to any correspondence. Lost me for good as a paying customer.
