    @EmShadows @NOWHelpTeam Well, I wanted to avoid doing all of that. Really ... i wanted to give Nowtv a chance to help me without taking those steps ... mistakes happen. But they just refuse to help at all. They're completely useless or deliberately unhelpful.

    @NOWTV shocking service. Refund within 30 days. Now surpassed. Told there was an error in processing. Will be another 3-5 days. Who's refunds take 30 days? You process it, it's received within a week. Normally 1-2 days. 👎

    @NOWTV broadband customer service is terrible. Three people lying to me. Fourth call, person much more helpful but 30 mins after my call I got an email to reschedule my engineer appointment by another week - so no internet for 3 weeks. #unacceptable #angry

    @NOW Does anyone ever test your website? How are new members meant to join if the "Join in" button on the login page just takes you to the home page? I've tried to sign up to NowTV a few times, now i remember why i gave up last time.

    @ITVXhelp is there a problem with Tonight’s Emmerdale on Itvx through the NowTv box, we can’t get it to load at all. Other programming works fine.

    Anyone having an issue with NOWtv in the last 10 minutes? Mine's telling me it's 'not going to plan' when I try and get back on after it crashed out. Turned off and on, said please nicely and threatened it with violence but all to no avail... 😡

    @HFOXX77 I tried to get out of my NowTV sub and I went through like 5 pages of stuff with button layouts moved around and everything. Its so awful 🙃

    @NOWTV why does your internet stop working after midnight , surely less people are using the internet at this time . And yes it’s isn’t just my connection 5 other friends have experience the same issue which is starting to happen frequently

    Missed qualifying live yesterday on @bbc5live sports extra and then got very frustrated trying to catch up - listened to the stream on website and it stopped before Q3 - in BBC sounds looks like it would be OK but same - and couldn't work out how to see it on @NOWTV Now spoiled
