@EmShadows @NOWHelpTeam Well, I wanted to avoid doing all of that. Really ... i wanted to give Nowtv a chance to help me without taking those steps ... mistakes happen. But they just refuse to help at all. They're completely useless or deliberately unhelpful.

@Netflixhelps Sorry, I wasn’t more clear...Netflix isn’t the problem...@NOW tv is! I can stream Netflix with no issues....but NOWTv is dreadful!!

NOWTV & Virgin Media are playing silly buggers on my PS4. My phone, MacBook & iPad all work fine but the one platform I need to work, keeps freezing and buffering🤬

@NOWHelpTeam Hi, having broadband issues in SK6. Hub green light is on but virtually no internet. Did a technical check on the NowTV site and it says it recognises there’s an issue with the line but can’t diagnose it. Is this a wider area issue?

Ive been paying £3.99 for months for now tv that we dont even watch😭as im struggling to log into our account to cancel. I dont know which email add, ive tried them all and the one i got into today isn't an active membership so now im completely stuck, Can you help? #nowtv

@NOWHelpTeam Really not good enough. Renewed yesterday only to find the app doesn’t work on your own technical partner’s platform. Roku stick not a NowTV Roku stick which is an irrelevant distinction anyway.

@TeamYouTube Hi the error is fixed. It was caused by one of nowtv's updates. The last nowtv update fixed the error.

@kirstees_world @NOWTV We cannot find a way to cancel NowTv can anyone help as it seems impossible almost to get in touch with them. A number of people have complained about this on facebook also.

@NOWHelpTeam My Tv, I subscribed for Sky Sports via NowTv, i took the free week, pay later for Sky One, i need to use subtitles but I cant see the option to display them, I went online for help, it tells you to press the Question (?) on your Sky Q remote but I dont have a Sky Q remote
