@EmShadows @NOWHelpTeam Well, I wanted to avoid doing all of that. Really ... i wanted to give Nowtv a chance to help me without taking those steps ... mistakes happen. But they just refuse to help at all. They're completely useless or deliberately unhelpful.

@Melissa90827791 @TalkTalk Not had any problems with TalkTalk in the past, just disappointed Sky Sports is now only accessible via NowTV, means you can’t pause, record etc on your tv box.

@NOW is slow as ****. I can search for 10 movies on one other app quicker than @NOW brings up the search results for 1 movie. NowTv was faster over 1 yr & a half ago. Fix your ******* app @NOWTVHelp . Don't reply to this tweet. Just fix that **** *** app.

Nowtv help, after sending screenshots of charges to my account the last response I had was asking do I have any other accounts which I have already confirmed the ones I have, it also said in the email end resolution was goodbye, so you take 180 pounds from my account for last
