@EmShadows @NOWHelpTeam Well, I wanted to avoid doing all of that. Really ... i wanted to give Nowtv a chance to help me without taking those steps ... mistakes happen. But they just refuse to help at all. They're completely useless or deliberately unhelpful.

@theJeremyVine the NOWTV subscription can only be cancelled by logging into your online account. They are a subsidiary of SKY but only want to help you on the phone if you’re also paying for broadband

It's back - it was out for 50 minutes for 0 discernible reason. NOWTV is my internet provider - @NOWTV_It, why would this be/how to fix it if it happens again?

@ChefWayner @SkyHelpTeam @skytv We got rid a few years ago, switched to a better broadband provider (our line was awful anyway and they refused to fix it). And now use NowTV to get SkyF1. There are some good deals on NowTV every now and then.

NowTV does not work in Austria, so I'm having #tlou withdrawal 😭 I think it might be time to look at a VPN. Will see how desperate I get!

Will not be using NowTV again for broadband. Moved house last week, was told my activation date was today & now suddenly it’s changed to 1ST March. 2 weeks off work with no broadband, unbelievable. @NOWHelpTeam 🤬

@NOW when I load up sports on nowtv I am getting a blank screen but can hear the sound. How can I fix this? Or can you fix this please? Paying a subscription for a blank screen is a mess.
