    @EmShadows @NOWHelpTeam Well, I wanted to avoid doing all of that. Really ... i wanted to give Nowtv a chance to help me without taking those steps ... mistakes happen. But they just refuse to help at all. They're completely useless or deliberately unhelpful.

    Anyone got a BT YouView box having issues with both the @NOWTV and @PrimeVideo apps? It just black screens and then goes back to the channel I was watching previously...?

    @NOWTV Oh that's alright then, good job we noticed now and not a year down the line. Terrible from @SkyUK not even an email to let us know you are charging us when this so called free trial ended, it's daylight robbery, I personally don't even think it was my 6 year old, possible fraud

    Disgusted @NOWTV who have lied to me about my reconnection date and pushed it back 7 days after they said it would be done. Tried to speak to a manager and they said they can’t find anyone to help: do not ever work with #nowtv

    @bt_uk I can't seem to get my Prime Video or NOWTV apps to work on my YouView box. They just black screen then go back to what I was previously watching...

    @nowtvhelp ‘Developed’. Please. A ‘delete’ option doesn’t need to be ‘developed’ - it’s a standard opinion in so many algorithms. It’s a choice by NowTV. Can you therefore explain why you chose not to include it as part of the system. And please remember that I’m not alone on this issue!

    @nowtvhelp having issues with devices on my NowTV account. It is using a new IP address on my device each time I use it so counts as an extra device
