@NOWTV have to be one of the worst ISP’s I’ve encountered, consistently **** service. I can’t pin it all on them most ISP’s I’ve dealt with professionally and personally have been shite, thinking of just binning off the internet.

@NOWTV Doesn't really help. I have an entertainment pass through my BT account. I have a cinema pass from before I signed up with BT. Both have different email addresses. How do I add my existing cinema pass to my BT account? Is that even possible? @bt_uk

@NOWTV what an absolute shambles, changed provider over a week ago, no phone since, error message you do not have this service on your phone. Quick enough to take payment for it. Tried to resolve it then the broadband went down, felt as if you complain they pull the plug
