    @NOWHelpTeam Free practice 1 has begun at the Mexico Grand Prix and I STILL cannot use my NowTV account to watch it. As well as fixing the problem what sort of refund will I be getting?

    @bt_uk Hi Alannah. Looks like someone has tried to hack the account and it’s been locked due to many unsuccessful login tries. NOWTV will unlock it within 72 hours. If there’s an issue after that then I will be back in touch.

    @LesMalpas @TalkTalk I was with #Talktalk they are good but constant problems made me switch to #Nowtv never had a problem since they are part of #sky

    @NOWTV something is broken at your end. All other streaming services I use are fine, but I'm only getting 989 streaming quality when watching cricket

    @melindahaunton We're with BT. It's ok. No major problems and we can get discounted passes for NowTV which is useful when your football team is on Sky!

    @KellyLongLegs @NOWTV I literally stopped paying for the same reason. And ******* awful UI too. Not worth our money!

    Why is it that NowTV has no problem playing ads but as SOON as the film starts it immediately starts buffering 💀💀💀

    @OpenreachHelp This issue still isn't fixed nearly 2 weeks later. @NOWTV are firmly blaming it on @OpenreachHelp system error. Committed order 18th Oct, still waiting...

    @bt_uk Is the an issue with logging in to the Now TV player on iOS or Safari? It won't let me login, Have tried resetting password but getting and error unable to log you in, Can't find my account on NowTV help so presume its because it through BT
