Luke Jostins-Dean (@lukejostins) reportedGo to NowTV tab, click on TV show, it makes me sign in again, it asks to open it in the external video player, player needs to updated, runs an old-school install wizard, then I have to go back and open it in the browser again. Why not just click and play like everywhere else?

Jamie Hartle (@Jamie_Hartle) reported@nowtvhelp Hi, I want to cancel a nowtv pass, to do so I need to log into my account. I can’t remember my password but when I request a password reset I don’t get the email allowing me to do so. Therefore I can’t log in to cancel the pass. Can you help please?
