    @NOWHelpTeam anything I play through NowTV has awful sound and glitches. I know it isn’t the devise because if I watch things through the smart tv it is fine so it the NotTV box. Help please.

    @NowTV's LG TV app is absolute garbage. Frequently craps out on it's own, but if you pause a show it'll almost definitely throw a PL-0 error within 30 seconds of resuming. Can it really be so hard serving a 720p stream when Netflix manages 1080p, and Prime Video 4K without issue?

    @mirandawillow @hayu_uk @NOWTV It’s absolutely disgusting, not even a time frame of when they are going to fix the problem. I’m going to cancel and take my money elsewhere

    @dowling_andy @TSB Yep. Sky (and Sky-backed/based ISPs such as NowTV) appear to have a major DNS issue. One workaround is to point your DNS at Google's DNS servers (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4) if you know how.

    It’s 2021 and I’m still having trouble watching stuff on nowtv how can it be so bad?! Never have any issues with Netflix or Disney or Amazon prime. UGHHHH

    Is anyone else getting this when they open up there @NOW App? How do I get rid of it as everything else on my broadband works, BT Sport, Netflix etc. #Help #NowTv

    @nowtv your service needs to dramatically improve, I have sports entertainment and movies with you but your connection is poor, I use itv hub, Amazon prime Netflix and uktv play from the same Roku box with no problems, but now tv is always lagging! **** show

    @hayu_uk Still not working through @NOWTV here in the UK! Been almost a week now! Not happy about paying for a service I don't receive!
