@HLTCO NowTV offered £17.99 pm for 6 months, Dec 22 to June 23, when I tried getting rid of Sky Sports. Amazon Prime show 22 games over two banks of days. So 2 mths per season max. BT is expensive and worst value. But all three can be switched off for the summer months.

@NOWHelpTeam Thanks, but it’s now been 20h. Longest outage I’ve ever experienced, and no detail about the fault or outward comms. NowTV has my details, why is there no proactive updates?

So basically, I've had fraudulent transactions in my bank account linked to NOWTV. I have sorted out some details with my bank, but need to get hold of them to confirm some details before the bank can take it further. Hence, my attempt to contact NOWTV. Can anyone help?

@timothygood I can and I must. It’s just a case of putting up with NowTV which is the worst streaming service in the U.K. Worth it to see your work though.

  • Rhodochrone Rhodochrone (@Rhodochrone) reported

How awful is #nowTV ?? ******* ripoff bullshit. Their website and player barely function and the streaming has atrocious quality. I want a refund after about 15 seconds of viewing, but their policy seems not to allow this.
