Less than a month with @NOWTV and its gone down twice, is half its claimed speed and the customer service is, frankly, crap. Had no service since 8am, phoned three times, Now claim its openreach (it isn't) and they're not fussed

Dave Rutt (@rutty_uk) reportedThe first TV our family had took a few minutes to warm up after turning it on. The modern version of this is waiting for the NowTV box to boot up. So sloooooooow! Also, NowTV has the absolute worst UX TV channel selection system. Awful
