  3 & 1/2 years with sky broadband. Not one issue. Less than a month with @NOWTV and its gone down twice, is half its claimed speed and the customer service is, frankly, crap. Had no service since 8am, phoned three times, Now claim its openreach (it isn't) and they're not fussed

  The utter incompetence of @NOWTV broadband who can't even get their own phones to work, let alone my internet. They're run by Sky but can't match a Sky deal and can't answer what happens to my phone number and contract if copper wires stop while i'm in a contract with them...

  @NOWTV @WTA @atptour Watched the first set of the men’s final last night. Sat down this evening after a long day’s work to watch the rest & it’s no longer available. Replaced by a ‘highlights’ version. Honestly, I’m astounded by just how awful this TV service is. Our beautiful sport ruined.

  The amount of disconnections, audio stutters, video crashes and losses of signal from @NOWTV these last three days has been absolutely terrible. Its freaking annoying watching other people have no issues on illegal streams while I pay for **** service.

  @theodora335 Has this been confirmed for Kenan's series?! Halef could have a problem with increasing ratings, because they divided the fans at the start. And NowTv cancels series quickly if they don't meet expectations... At the end of last season, they only had HS left...

  And before anyone from NowTV says "check your connection", its not the 1gb internet line, its literally your **** service. I wouldn't get a nowtv page saying "our technicians are looking in to the issue" on screen, if it was my internet...

  @NOWTV I payed £14.99 to watch Alvarez vs Siner with my kids. You put advertisements at will and to make it worst right in front of my kids there is man rushing to kiss each other. Dam you low life people how dare you do that?😡
