    3 & 1/2 years with sky broadband. Not one issue. Less than a month with @NOWTV and its gone down twice, is half its claimed speed and the customer service is, frankly, crap. Had no service since 8am, phoned three times, Now claim its openreach (it isn't) and they're not fussed

    Constant glitches on the @NOWTV feed. Definitely their issue as it’s happening too many people. Sort it out!

    The amount of disconnections, audio stutters, video crashes and losses of signal from @NOWTV these last three days has been absolutely terrible. Its freaking annoying watching other people have no issues on illegal streams while I pay for **** service.

    @MartinSLewis They are all awful, after leaving NowTV for their customer service team lying to me. I now have a problem with O2 and can't get access to my account. The call centres are hopeless

    @Delulu_Lila where to put it? it's nowtv problem that they buys so many dizi for every season. and if you don't know one production can't have two dizis on same day. so everyone put their series where they can.

    Anyone else watching on Sky / NowTV having sound issues? For me, the sound is a few seconds behind the pictures. It's the same across different devices too #nffc

    Please fix the bug that makes the programme start with no picture, just sound. Every F1 I have to log in and out to get a picture and nearly miss the start! 🪲 (LG TV app) @NOWTV
