    3 & 1/2 years with sky broadband. Not one issue. Less than a month with @NOWTV and its gone down twice, is half its claimed speed and the customer service is, frankly, crap. Had no service since 8am, phoned three times, Now claim its openreach (it isn't) and they're not fussed

    @NOWHelpTeam @SkySportsPL @SkySports please sort out the quality on Sky Sports on NowTV. Loosing the camera/ audio and we are paying for this service every month. Its ****

    @metaplexmovies Yeah. I am not a comic book person so know nothing of the character(s). Really enjoyed it (despite some sound issues with the @NOWTV transfer). I'll definitely be watching ep2 next week.

    @NOWTV it has been weeks now and the subtitles for The Pitt are still out of sync @HBOMax_UK can you help? I’m on episode 3 of series 1 and have had to stop because of this. It shouldn’t be this hard to provide access to all watchers.

    @Benleo Im having the exact same problem with nowtv since they have joined up with Sky. My only way to find out now is to cancel my direct debit and see who starts chasing me for their money!

    @D_Thirlwell @NOWTV It's been awful tonight constantly lagging and cutting out. Their 'tech superstars' need to try a bit harder

    Really not impressed with the poor quality of @skytv stream when watching @SkySportsPL constant buffering and lag every time i’m watching the match, and I have the top broadband package. NowTV was far more stable and reliable!
