3 & 1/2 years with sky broadband. Not one issue. Less than a month with @NOWTV and its gone down twice, is half its claimed speed and the customer service is, frankly, crap. Had no service since 8am, phoned three times, Now claim its openreach (it isn't) and they're not fussed

@ljtrickster @SkyHelpTeam Someone has probably damaged the cable from the shared satellite. Had the same issue in my old flat. So I just went with NowTV instead and used the WiFi. You can contact your property management company to get an engineer to check the dish and cables

iPhone people, is there a way to let videos play while you still use your phone - like still scroll twitter while watching a twitter video, still watch nowTV while using phone etc? Could do it on android but doesn’t seem to work on ios.

@NOWTV worst customer service! internet not working for over a week job sent to engineers twice, marked as complete l,no fix done! Can't speak to a manager. Spoke down to told I'm getting in the way while trying to answer questions. Spoken over and then hung up on. Shocking

@D_W_Mault I watched and loved the first episode but had accessed it via, erm, something and it didn’t work after that. Just seen it’s on NowTv, I’m going to start again!

@NOWHelpTeam it shows membership from today and not when it currently ends on 11th December so not going to bother with offer or NOWtv by the way the boost option never works I’ve had dreadful quality and funnily no other streamer has quality issues so don’t blame my internet speed!

@NOWTV got to say you guys have one of the worst services possible. Not only did you disconnect me for no reason but now it's impossible to sign back up. No wonder everyone pirates films in the UK. Even worse that there's no way of contacting you.

@NOWHelpTeam None of that makes a difference - I am connected by LAN I have 78mbps WiFi speeds - it is not a buffering issue it is your streaming system - no other streamer does it! No quality drop out, blurring of image on any other streamer JUST nowtv

@NOWTV Hi I had an offer to upgrade my streaming to 3 devices and the offer was before 12Nov but went in today to use it and it’s no longer available can you help
