Chris Hollis (@ChrisHollis999) reported@ChefWayner @SkyHelpTeam @skytv We got rid a few years ago, switched to a better broadband provider (our line was awful anyway and they refused to fix it). And now use NowTV to get SkyF1. There are some good deals on NowTV every now and then.

Really ... i wanted to give Nowtv a chance to help me without taking those steps ... mistakes happen. But they just refuse to help at all. They're completely useless or deliberately unhelpful.

Nick Toovey (@OneTooves) reported@NOWHelpTeam Can you clarify what this means? That you don't provide technical support for certain TVs? NowTV definitely works 95%+ of the time, and there's an error code in the bottom right of the original screenshot I sent if that helps?

It's a common problem, that only this call centre employee knows about & nobody else has mentioned. Told them where to go. #NowTV @NOWHelpTeam
