There’s an irony to watching last week’s episode of Succession - featuring a whole thing on how awful old media platforms streaming services are - on the creaking, buffering, pixelating NowTV player…

  • raccoonstans rach (@raccoonstans) reported

Someone give me their login for NowTV I am not paying just to watch Sara Ramirez in the satc sequel just because @MairSaysNo influenced me.

  • alicesalisburyj Alice Salisbury (@alicesalisburyj) reported

@katebevan It's awful. If we start a show on my iPad then move to the kids' it doesn't register we're halfway thru, and I can't login via the TV because my BTVision & NowTV emails are different. The whole thing is designed by someone who doesn't understand how streaming works

So, to tonight. Time to re-up NowTV movies for Xmas and binge watch a load of top quality trash

@SkySportsGolf @NOWTV @PGATOUR #HeroWorldChallenge Was that #BrooksKeopka trying to help or hinder #CollinMorakawa by spotting an unplayable golf ball in the bushes.. 🤔 The latter methinks... 😒

@NOWTV_It hi no sound on sky news on NowTV, how can I fix this? Tks

@NOWHelpTeam Please help with a NowTV Player bug for laptop. Player launches for a few seconds then crashes/shuts down. Tried reinstalling, clearing cookies/cache, different browsers and all the advice from the community pages. It looks like this is a very common problem. (1/2)

  • RyanUK90 UKRyan (@RyanUK90) reported

@NOWHelpTeam Worst broadband support going! Good thing that @OpenreachHelp's actual engineers don't dismiss issues like you have numerous times. I had a great laugh with a different engineer over NowTV's dumb claim that wifi lights could be using all the bandwidth causing the disconnections.

  • matthewwright84 matthew wright (@matthewwright84) reported

@bt_uk Your switch over to @NOWTV for your television package is a shambles, as is your customer service. So many issues stemming back months when an engineer was 'supposed' to come and make sure our hardware was optimised...

@unklerupert @NOWTV Just work out what your business model is. Am I paying to watch these ads? Is any of the cash going into developing native UI apps for anything, or do you really think that inventing entirely non-standard ways to navigate video is what the subscribers pay for?
