@NOWTV hi, I genuinely have no idea how to contact you about my broadband other than this. I have an issue with connectivity and would love a conversation about it. Cheers.

  • Worldwideqa Daniel Raymond (@Worldwideqa) reported

@NOWTV new router, wireless, wired, over 4mbps and still the buffering. Same setup and no problems with AppleTV, Netflix and all others. Will this be fixed or not? It is not worth the money in its current state.

  • byalexchinery Alex Chinery (@byalexchinery) reported

Hey @bt_uk can someone DM me to help with a NOWTV enquiry?

  • grandiose79 son of man (@grandiose79) reported

@Honey_Heidi360 Nowtv have started doing that too and lessening the picture quality unless u buy an extra. Tried watching a film and it kept buffering, unwatchable. Just cancelled it

@GiantsGee @NOWHelpTeam Gareth, if you still got the talktalk router it can easily be reconfigured to work with NowTv/Sky. I've done exactly this because the flat design of the NowTv router gives poor WiFi coverage. If you want a hand I can send over some instructions.

All that money for Succession and all that work on a purchase funnel @NowTV and I abandon because you don’t allow pasted text for password confirmation… #UXMatters

@JustHoneyBadger I mean, there's certainly awful daytime and evening live TV with ****** adverts in England too haha. I just think most people watch on demand TV at least. We have a TV, but don't remember the last time it wasn't Netflix/Amazon/NowTV etc

  • mtume85 Kingsley Stewart (@mtume85) reported

@TalkTalk literally has THE worst connection on the world. All the time 24/7. If I dare watch a film in NowTv it'll go all grainy and pixilate every two minutes. Well worth paying for 👍

  • TomQuinn8 Tom Quinn (@TomQuinn8) reported

@OpenreachHelp I was meant to have our broadband go live last Monday but this hasn’t happened as NowTV described it as an internal issue on your end. Nowtv has informed us they are waiting for a response from you, please may you look into this?
