@NOWHelpTeam we are having problems with our NowTV WiFi for the past week or two. It’s repeatedly dropping out and is making it very difficult to work from home or use for anything really! Please can you look into this?

@NOWHelpTeam PL-0 error constantly on NowTV on the PS4. Looks like it's not just me. Tried signing out and restarting etc. Was happening yesterday too, making football almost unwatchable.

@NOWHelpTeam the NOWTV app has been playing up for the past week. Always Buffering and picture quality is all fuzzy. The Error code is: PL-0. I have uninstall the app and deleted the data. And then reinstalled it. The problem is still happening. Any advise ?

@PremierSportsTV @spfl ‘Premier’ I gave up after I subscribed - the quality of the player was dreadful . Kept buffering . No problems other providers ( nowtv and by sport )

@SkySports Trying to watch the Final via #nowtv but the picture quality keeps crashing. This is HOPELESS !!!
