    @SkyHelpTeam Last time I had Sky was about 20 years ago. I do have a NowTV account though, but that shouldn’t cause the issue surely?

    @nowtvhelp @NOWTV #NowTV Why can you not respond to emails or deal with issue despite repeated assurances. 25 days since first raising issue. Unbelievable poor service and failed promises.

    @NOWTV @NOWTVSport i have been locked out of my account for no reason. Then I been told it will take 48 hours to unlock. I only found out I was locked out after chatting to someone on online. Please fix fast.

    @neilmerton @SkyHelpTeam @mgroshong I called nowtv (uses sky) and got told there’s a line outage. That’s all the info they’ve been given by openreach
