    @NigelOwen77 @AdKempy @dcfcofficial Not that reasonable when you consider the poor quality of stream, dull commentary, the fact you can get NowTV sports for an entire 24 hours for less money That said I do pay for it most weekends 😩

    SO I updated the software on my @LGUK (as it wanted) and now my @NOWTV app doesn't work properly. It was replaying earlier programs (making me think that the schedule had changed), then crashed and won't now start up at all (yes, I've turned it off and on again).

    @NOWHelpTeam without fobbing me we off with the usual sanctimonious bullshit, can you fix the ongoing issues with NowTV. It's not cheap and see little reason for paying for crap pictures , drop outs and constant buffering. An ex before you start, yes, I have done all the usual

    @angiesandys @NOWHelpTeam Hi I have the same issue, watching Europa League final on BT Sport 1 on NowTV box using BT Sport app, after 10s goes to green screen with pixelated noise at top. Same on BT Sport 2. Fault only occurring on the NowTV box, resorted to Youtube feed in UHD, which was perfect. Fix??

    @NOWHelpTeam i just said i want the problem to be fixed, i dont want to go through further troubleshooting, i know people that are hard of hearing that have had endless problems with nowtv and as such refuse to use it what do i have to do to convince you the problem is yours to fix not mine?

    @NOWHelpTeam why have I not been able to sign in to my nowtv account since the logo changed? I have been through the live chat, and done everything advised but nothing works (& was cut off when they ran out of ideas) , yet I am still paying subscription fees. Not good enough.

    @NOWHelpTeam trying to switch from old nowtv app to new one on Apple TV. Won’t let me sign in as it counts towards 2 ‘device’ changes per month (which I’ve already used) even though it’s the same device??? Can’t use it until Tuesday now?

    @NOWTV had to buy a new Apple TV for you app and now can’t access from any devise, have changed password countless times but not working.

    @NOWHelpTeam Heya. I can’t seem to watch my entertainment package on any other devices other than my NowTV Dongle. What’s up with that? Can sign in online but shows me as having now membership. Help.
