    @NOWTV Your agents keep closing live chat when i make a complaint via the #NOWTV chat service. I am waiting for a manager to contact me in 24 hours , since the 29th of December? Is @NOWTV broken? Going out of business?

    @NOWTV I have had the same issue as Jack. Got a new JVC Fire Edition and the Now TV app will show up for download but then say not available before dissapearing from available apps.

    @NOWTV No I tried it a few times but still comes up with the same error. User and pass still work fine on website and on my other NOWTV sticks. The one I am trying to access is just a Roku branded stick. I made room for a new device to be added in device manager on nowtv website

    @NOWTV my broadband went down on 30/12/2020. (Faulty modem). I have been without Internet for a week and still no signof a replacement! All of the entertainment devices I have (tv/radio/laptops) all work off of WiFi. Needless to say I've had a terrible new year. Thanks.

    @NOWTV The broadband services are impacted at SL6 2RS, Ludlow Road, UK. I am unable to contact the customer service, can anyone please help on this.

    For about 2 months , constant blurring of tv , freezing every hour or so , error messages coming up every couple hours tv guide freezing what do i even pay for ? @NOWTV
