  @lyncey_gilbe @skytv They have a special Bereavement team who was amazing and when my dad died mum had same problem .. they sorted it all out and within her price budget - if not cancel and use nowtv and you can just say can’t afford PAYG and they offer you like £1.99 a month for basically £19.99 sky

  @BarryDidcock @NOWTV @HBOMax_UK Im on it now, the bot is saying "we're aware of the issue, blah blah, we will resolve the issue at the earliest" when I was 84 in the queue it took about 13-14 minutes

  @scog27 @NOWTV @SkyFootball I totally get the frustration! It's frustrating when the tech fails during crucial moments. Streaming should be seamless—especially for major matches. Have you noticed if it's a specific time or game when the quality dips?

  @NOWTV Been kicked out half way through a film and cant get back in, have logged out and in again and its no different. Can't watch anything - plays a trailer then goes back to the watch now page. Help! Having a lovely night with my grandson......

  Anyone else getting fed up with @NOWTV coverage of @SkySportsF1 Every time I click on it, it’s a black screen. Then eventually the sound is out of sync with the visuals. It’s been an issue for months and I brought it up with them. It’s still not been fixed.
