@EGadsby I hate to say this but we bought a Samsung not long ago and had a similar issue with NowTV app. Off at the plug and back on worked for us.

@NOWTV @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp Bloody useless the pair of them, couldn’t organise a piss-up in a brewery. Internet and landline outage in Faringdon, Oxfordshire since last Tuesday in the property of an elderly alone without support. Helplines are inept!

@sargent65 I've been watching a lot of films with the volume turned down coz of sleeping baby and some of the subtitles are terrible! NowTV is especially bad. Netflix 👍🏻

@NOWTV broadband due to be activated yesterday still dead today. Without any service and your rep said its open reach issue need engineer. Any way getting them out earlier I'm a Dr and need stable access to Internet. Not very happy I should have been informed there was issue

@NOWTV have to be one of the worst ISP’s I’ve encountered, consistently **** service. I can’t pin it all on them most ISP’s I’ve dealt with professionally and personally have been shite, thinking of just binning off the internet.

@NOWTV My internet has stopped working from 1pm today and is still not back on. Called customer service earlier but they couldn’t help. The router is saying connected but can’t stream or access internet on any of our devices. I’ve switched off router and reset but still nothing
