    @googlenest It’s right beside the router. Not sure about the band. I’ve rebooted everything in the last few days and it doesn’t help. Playing things within Google TV is fine, it’s the NowTV app specifically that has problems.

    @NOWTV I have a Google pixel 3. The show is in my downloads and I'm trying to cast to my Sony TV. Never had a problem before. Turned everything off and on 👌🏼

    @IanGoddard88 @NOWTV I feel like they just ported the generic app from other platforms which makes version change easier but a lousy UX. especially jarring when paying £50ish a month for all this. Nothing beats the Apple TV for speed and ease of use so I won’t change from that. Fix your app

    Why are @NOWTV remotes so utterly useless? They burn through batteries, but half the time just don’t work!

    @itsjustmish Ahhh how is the last leg? The aerial in our lounge decided about 3 weeks ago it wasn't going to pick up any channels anymore, have tried other aerials that work elsewhere in the house, but nope, not in this room! We've got all the apps and NowTV, so it's fine, but no live C4 😖xx

    @NOWTV Is there an issue with service in #DL14? Our internet is down on a NYE where everyone has to stay home. Your phone lines are closed. Perfect end to 2020 for your customers in the area?
