Fed up with the poor movie choice on @netflix I have switched to @NOWTV, which has a fine selection of films, but their streaming quality blows. I don't know what 4830 is but it sure ain't 1080p, poss not even 720p!

@NOWTV why is it so hard to get into contact with you? Your site won't let me set up my account and I can't ring anyone to get help with our broadband setup. And before you ask, no, none of the FAQ's help

Over a month since I 1st installed the new @NOWTV player and had nothing bu issues that @nowtvhelp were unable to help with, they have finally released an update that seems to have fixed it. I just watched a WHOLE episode with no audio or visual skipping.

@NOWTV It has been over a week since problems with broadband were reported - "AF-IE-1023714563 Broadband Problems in Baillieston" on 30/11. Still no update and service still not to working. I am finding it very hard to speak to someone about this and get an update. Please help.
