    @sjdhatters @kayc_1773 @SkyUK If NowTV had full HD and SkyQ recording capability, we'd ditch SkyQ altogether. Virgin Media have such a sluggish recording box and interface. If they got that up to Sky Q recorder quality, then that would be a third option.

    Dare to say worst streaming app out there (stability and built-wise) @NOWTV, half way through a movie decided not to work no more, finished the movie on @PrimeVideo. Might as well cancel the passes, it’s a dead app.

    @NOWHelpTeam Hi, my NowTV stream isn’t playing any of the sports channels. They try to load and then error after about a minute. Been like that for around 48 hours but worked previously. Tried to reinstall the app on my TV, but that hasn’t fixed it.

    @SkyHelpTeam It is. Unfortunately a lot of services (Including NowTV) advertise that they have subtitles, but it's not actually on the live TV, so it makes it totally unusable for people with hearing issues.

    @NOWTV having trouble setting up now TV can't make a payment to sign up to broadband and calls and no phone number to ring to sort it out

    @SkyUK So, it's a TV with NowTV installed? The main reason I have a Sky dish and not cable is your picture quality and codes. This wouldn't replicate that would it? The bitrate is lower no?

    @another07047584 @JontyEvans @SkyUK It’s not forcing anything. Those that don’t want to replace their TV’s have skyQ and those that can’t have dishes and don’t want to replace their TV’s have NowTV streaming service. Not sure what your issue is tbh

    @steeleyp_ @SkyHelpTeam Ah yes my mistake. NowTV have only recently increased quality to 1080p 50fps on live sport.
