    @virginmedia Hi, it seems my set top box is on the blink and my chances of watching my beloved Man City maybe at risk. I could switch to Nowtv, but that will cost me £15 for a 24hr pass. I've used the tips as featured in the trouble shooting guide. No luck. Can you help? Thanks

    The @HBO Max user interface on the @NOWTV app might be the worst UI I’ve ever seen.

    @NOWTV got a day sports pass. Starting streaming at 20.30 last night.went to start again at 13.45 had to buy a new membership? Furious? Can u help? Lee

    @colinmufc2 Hahaha it does work with NowTV tbf and doesn’t have to be done over the phone. Just get to the final stage of cancelling online and you get it cheaper!

    @NOW I have emailed, you didn't answer. I've looked on your help pages, they didn't help. I do not want audio description on tv shows, I want it gone. It's not my tv, it's only a NowTV problem, I've uninstalled & reinstalled the app, it's still there. I am losing patience.

    Now TV down on all platforms. I'm paying for a service that doesn't work. And they removed World War 2 with Tom Hanks, one of the few things worth watching! And ZERO customer service @NOW @NOWHelpTeam #nowtv
