    @NOWTV Same problem after resetting it unfortunately, works fine for all other things such as netflix and iplayer etc, just that issue with the sports through it

    .@NOWTV doesn’t appear to work on ios14.5(public beta) on both my phone and tablet. Or is there a different problem?

    @NOWTV hi, can you please look into this further? the overlay issue remains. it's a shame to watch big events like liverpool vs man city today with a poor quality stream, despite paying for Boost HD.

    @megamarvatron @SoozUK @NOWTV Close all the windows, shut down your device and choose a book of the shelf. Won’t solve the problem but so much more satisfying!

    @NOWTV Yup I seem to be only receiving drop outs in the evening, mainly it's the latency that is the major issue for me . Regardless of my internet speed, due to the bad latency in the evening I can't stream properly. I am on the fastest internet package, the Super Fibre package
