Obviously there’s benefits for people who need it but paying subscriptions when you can’t choose whether you want it or not is a bit of a joke! Help please!

I live in the middle of nowhere so my internet isn't great so i'd like to lower the quality of streaming so it doesn't eat my bandwidth. No option to watch from start on live tv! Should be able to stream past live TV almost immediately. Please fix these issues

Bonnie Greaves (@Rexy21) reported@hayuhelps currently pay for hayu via @NOWTV. It seems to be a weekly occurrence now where shows are missing, episodes are missing and take days to arrive IF AT ALL. New series don't materialise until days later. What is going on and why am I paying for such a terrible service?
