    The amount of disconnections, audio stutters, video crashes and losses of signal from @NOWTV these last three days has been absolutely terrible. Its freaking annoying watching other people have no issues on illegal streams while I pay for **** service.

    @SilverAscend @LeoKearse If BBC iPlayer and NOWTV can figure out you are on a VPN then I’m fairly sure it’s possible for the ISPs to block access to the VPN servers completely, regardless of protocol. Sure, it’s whack-a-mole, but they don’t need it to be perfect to be effective.

    @PlanFluor @NOWTV @SkySportsF1 I’ve gone down that route, it’s completely fine. I’m not the only one dealing with this issue. It’s a known issue with NowTV. Otherwise, my internet works fine and other tv providers and live works fine.

    The picture quality on the standard NowTV plan, which costs £35, is shocking. For that price, you don’t even get proper HD—you have to shell out another tenner for Boost. And last night they didn’t even bother showing Wawrinka’s farewell ceremony and just cut off the broadcast 😡

    Why is it that every time I watch a football match on @SkySports (@NOWTV app) the picture quality deteriorates at around the 60-min mark? My broadband speed is a steady 150Mbps. Are customers who don't pay for the Boost/HD option being penalised? Has anyone else noticed this?

    Why do streaming services have their audio adjusted so low? If I’m watching YouTube I have to set my tv volume to 20 or its blaring, yet on nowtv, Netflix, Amazon I set it to max 100 and it’s still low, having to buy speakers when they aren’t the problem clearly
