Internet is completely down in our area and we've been told we will have to survive without internet for 2 days while the issue is being resolve. No compensation, no temporary support measures. As an NHS home-worker this is a nightmare.

Mr Snodes (@mrsnodes) reported@NOWTV giving me the runaround about a refund - hard to find a human to chat to who then tells me to email a Help address which then returns an auto mail that says “this address is no longer monitored”. Taking the proverbial a bit.
