    SO I updated the software on my @LGUK (as it wanted) and now my @NOWTV app doesn't work properly. It was replaying earlier programs (making me think that the schedule had changed), then crashed and won't now start up at all (yes, I've turned it off and on again).

    @HyperopticCS speed seems to be struggling this afternoon in Wapping. Any issues? 1-2Mbps. Really causing streaming issues on NowTV.

    @NOWHelpTeam trying to switch from old nowtv app to new one on Apple TV. Won’t let me sign in as it counts towards 2 ‘device’ changes per month (which I’ve already used) even though it’s the same device??? Can’t use it until Tuesday now?

    @NOWTV_It @NOWTV CAN SOMEONE PLEASE FIX CRASHES ON TABLETS. I OPEN UP THE APP. IT RESTARTS. THEN STOPS. IM PAYING QLOT OF MONEY THROUGH @bt_uk and it dont work!

    @NOWTV your broadband at GL560JE has been bad for two days cutting out I now cannot log into your website on 4g, this is poor please fix.

    @NOWHelpTeam downloaded nowtv and paid 9.99 for two months, the now TV played won't work. Is it possible to get a refund please? Thank you
