I find @NOWTV is so inaccessible. Not at all user friendly and I don’t think I’ve watched anything yet where the subtitles work.

So @NOWTV player doesn't work on my Mac and it doesn't allow you to stream through your browser, so now watching Celtic match on my phone. Really glad I'm paying £35 a month for this...

It's funny I never used to have any problems with @NOWTV until they started advertising the Boost. Think I'll get rid of it.

@SkyHelpTeam @bigdayv Hey @SkyHelpTeam I’m having the same problem and I was told the app is no longer available to new customers, this includes previous subscribers who have cancelled their subscription and are looking to re-subscribe. And should use NowTV as an alternative.

@nowtvhelp We use the NowTv app on a Samsung smart Tv. (Tu7100) Originally never had any kind of issues but now buffers throughout any show we watch. Have carried out numerous hard resets on all equipment.

Absolutely shocking from NowTV, bought their Sky Sports day pass for the Celtic game,sat down to watch it & it didn't work. Missed the first 18 & a half minutes getting it to work. They're lucky it started working when it did. Unacceptable from them. #Celtic #CelticFC #NowTV

so i just watched the goldfinch which was, well, whatever. but the synopsis on nowtv is "A trouble young man enters the world of art forgery, years after his mother was killed at the Met Museum of Art." and... no? that's not really even remotely what it's about???
