    The amount of disconnections, audio stutters, video crashes and losses of signal from @NOWTV these last three days has been absolutely terrible. Its freaking annoying watching other people have no issues on illegal streams while I pay for **** service.

    @NOW You've locked me in a 12-month NOWTV contract without me knowing, ignored my complaint for over a month and now 3 agents have closed chats with me and told me they cannot help me. Oh, surprise, no phone line that works! Disgusting.

    Why is it that every time I watch a football match on @SkySports (@NOWTV app) the picture quality deteriorates at around the 60-min mark? My broadband speed is a steady 150Mbps. Are customers who don't pay for the Boost/HD option being penalised? Has anyone else noticed this?
