    @NOWTV @NOWTVHelp can someone explain why your mistake leaves me without Internet and unable to work from home for the next week? And why it seems physically impossible to escalate the issue and get an engineer out sooner?

    Today I'll be mostly complaining to now TV as I missed the football. Their app said the app doesn't work, please download the app. Their website said you can't stream on a mobile. I wasn't on a mobile. Shockingly bad product. @NOWTV

    @NOWTV had to buy a new Apple TV for you app and now can’t access from any devise, have changed password countless times but not working.
