  @NOWHelpTeam Can you clarify what this means? That you don't provide technical support for certain TVs? NowTV definitely works 95%+ of the time, and there's an error code in the bottom right of the original screenshot I sent if that helps?

  @ChefWayner @SkyHelpTeam @skytv We got rid a few years ago, switched to a better broadband provider (our line was awful anyway and they refused to fix it). And now use NowTV to get SkyF1. There are some good deals on NowTV every now and then.

  @NOWHelpTeam Hi, uninstalled the app, reinstalled and signed back in. Unplugged and restarted the Firestick, still the same problem. NowTV App is version 8.1.5 (5.0.0).

  @NOW @MartinSLewis worst service ever! Feb 2nd I got an email saying my account was overdue (I’d recently switched bank account). I updated nowtv account online, and sent an email saying I hope it was all ok. Today our internet went down - you’d disconnected us! 1/2

  @btsport Please sort the layout of your website out. It’s the most impenetrable interface to use, you can’t search for anything and the player is constantly glitching. Not really good enough considering you’re raising prices soon. No problems like this with NowTV sports.

  @GuyFawkesRetro My family say the same thing, I thought it was just our TV box but its like that their TV's too. It's like the redraw is really bad. It used to be like this on NowTV too but they added booster pass which massively improved the framerate. But football on Prime is awful.
