@gnuchu Hi, can I ask on the hospital WIFI are all your apps running slow or not loading. It could be down to that the WIFI is not strong enough however, I would advise making sure nothing else is running on the phone when trying to load the nowtv app. This may help

@NOWTV Hi there. I have been charged again by you today. £25 again. I cancelled over 2 months ago. That’s twice in a row now. £50. I need that £50 refunded immediately. I have been chasing you guys over this issue for the past 2 months. Stop fobbing me off!Terrible cust service!

@antartica81 I often work in England and sometimes rent a flat when I am in longer projects. I find NowTV good for both the broadband and -if you want- TV packages because you can get it per month and not a minimum of a year or so contract.

@NOWTV It's not on, haven't changed any settings since using Canva daily for months, it stopped working on Thursday and haven't been able to access it since. Seems like other NowTV customers are having the same problem according to @canva
