@BournatEllena @nowtvhelp @NOWTV All through the pandemic lockdown nowtv has proven it doesn't care about its own customers. It could fix its policies & help its customers. Nowtv is rigged. Nowtv will eventually be replaced by a company that cares. Its staff will lose out.

@NOWTV your live chat isn’t any help to me at all. My Now TV is saying ‘Sorry NOW TV is currently unavailable’ on the screen. What shall I do? Can I talk to a real person please?

@NOWTV can you explain to me why your product has broken 2 tvs? In 24hrs?

Watched both games tonight on Prime and gotta say the UHD picture is crisp 👌🏼 no buffering/quality issues at all. Puts NOWtv to shame, charging £3 extra for a HD stream, fecking HD! 🙄

@NOWTV never had an issue with the white box but since you've made us upgrade to the stick the connection is shocking and 9 times out of 10 I can't watch the subscription I'm paying for!!!!

@primevideosport watching on my LG OLED on your native app with a 50MB+ broadband connection and the quality of the stream was rubbish! Poor show! Maybe ask @NOWTV how it’s done ???

Its the season to create a new NowTV login to get the free trial, watch Harry Potter and not renew it

@Oxford_Life @AmazonHelp Ennit, their default response of “please go through these troubleshooting steps” is actually insulting. Sort your **** streams out! Picture quality is terrible too, the close-up shots are so grainy, it constantly glitches. Don’t have a single issue like this on NowTV

@NOWTV After 5 loyal years of being a customer you have just exceled yourselves re my move to BT. Bang on midnight you cancel my broadband, while I'm in the middle of performing essential work. You are a disgrace, will report to OFCOM
