@NOWTV can you tell me why despite cancelling my subscriptions I keep getting charged? Website isn’t helpful and not clear as to how to call to fix this issue. Any help would be appreciated.

@NOWTV our internet is down in Kent - I can’t see any info about outages. We’ve checked our connection and reset the router a few times but it isn’t working. Is there an outage?

@NOWTV broadband appears to be down in GU24. Virtually no mobile signal here so can't access website. Please advise fix time.

@Zacnaloen Yeah happened a few times recently - they seem to be editing it for the cinema, not a living room. This combined with the terrible bit rate on NowTV made Raised by Wolves unwatchable. Literally couldn't see what was happening.

  • DilysRayson Dilys Rayson (@DilysRayson) reported

@NOWTV @NOWTV_It unable to make contact. Error msg of OVP_0009 on all aspects of NOW TV thru my @TalkTalk box and I am not the only one. Please fix it NOW!

@NOWTV My credit card company changed providers and payment didn't go through but I got from you, "We’re sorry to see you’ve cancelled your NOW Membership. If you could spare a few minutes to let us know the reason you’ve cancelled, it’d really help us improve."

@AdamIntLakes @NOWHelpTeam Hey NowTV, for the last two days you’ve been telling everyone you know about this issue and that is being worked on. Now you’re telling “Fat Bear” here you know nothing about it. Telling porkies earlier?

So apparently I cannot purchase the Cinema pack on NOWtv because my card will not work because NOW demands a house number. We only have house names in our village and when I select my address from the drop down it leaves the house number blank @NOWHelpTeam

  • mrjamesictbus Daniel James (@mrjamesictbus) reported

@NOWHelpTeam keep getting this error message (error code ovp 00009 ) when trying to watch content on nowtv stick. Been happening for over 24 hours now. Is there a fix in sight? Is there any compensation in place for the downtime?
