    hey @NOWTV far too many of your films are without subtitles and it’s an absolute nightmare for folk with auditory issues, can you please look at your sub track files and work to remedy this because so many films are just unwatchable otherwise...

    @NOWTV I’m on a free weeks trial, 3 days in and it’s only worked 50% of the times I use it... I’m on Amazon fire stick, also same issues on my partners account using PS4 in different location

    Trying to resolve a serious playback issue with @NOWTV and they just keep responding with copy-paste template emails that are irrelevant, and ignoring my requests for escalation! I pay for your service, provide me with customer service please @nowtvhelp !

    @NOWTV FYI unable to buy a pass using Firefox “we’re having trouble displaying passes” absolutely fine on Chrome so panic averted for the football today! Firefox it would seem the page thinks I already have an existing pass but I do not.

    @hoggdoggydogg Hi Andrew. thanks for getting back to me and I do apologise for the delay in response our team work form 08.00-20.00 Andrew we have no reports of this. Can you please uninstall and reinstall the nowtv app and tell me if you are able to select this option then. Thanks

    @NOWTV I’ve tried deleting the app and rebooting my phone. My phones updated with ios14.5 and because it’s a mobile pass it cannot be used on my laptop. Please help. Wanna watch the rest of the man United game

    Hey @OpenreachHelp apparently its your problem and an issue with your employees that have meant after 3 weeks we still have no internet with @NOWTV and are spending 100s of pounds on data to work and homeschool.....
