    @NOWTV Yes and it was because of communication error in organising the technician. Still no idea of next booking to install.. asked and said it was with tier 2 and that's it..

    @NOWTV are the worst at customer if found in a long time it would be some much if they had a free call center to talk to rather than a automatic questions that get u know we’re #useless

    Hello, I am a grandad please help: why can’t I install NowTV on my Firestick? It’s definitely one of the compatible ones but I can’t find the Now app anywhere and I have looked 😤

    Warning do not use nowtv. I have been trying for 4 years to find out why they are charging my credit card. They do not have any help desk or phone number. Each month my credit card company have been recharging them back. Had enough of it - cancelled my credit card. @nowtv

    @nowtvhelp - hi team so sorry to bother. Sadly, my elderly Mum has lost her nowtv remote. Having dementia she has lost it before but I simply cannot find it. I have tried to use the remote for my one but it doesn’t work - she’s simply lost without it
