    To make matters worse, she tried to defend the service I'd had, even though my partners business relies on a fast and RELIABLE connection. In two years with NOWTV we never had a single issue - in 2 months with Virgin, I've had to call customer services every week! (cont)

    @NOWTV hi, I’m attempting to set up my NOW TV account but I’m unable to create a password as I continuously get a message that the link has expired. There doesn’t seem to be a TV customer services number (just for broadband) Can you help?

    @NOWTV I currently have a sports pass but for the past week haven’t been able to use it due to our internet been down for a week because Sky have been terrible in fixing it

    @NOWTV I keep getting error message "Unable to sign you in, please try again later" every time I try to log in!? ... I also get the same error when trying to reset my password!!
