    @NOWTV cancellation process is horrendous. Cancel. Are you sure. Ads Cancel. Are you sure. Ads Repeat 4x. Absolutely awful. Shame on you

    The fact that I have to be in the US to use my #AppleTV subscription to watch the #F1 and using a VPN doesn’t solve the problem is bullshit of the highest order. Can’t even switch my Apple ID region because I’d have to cancel Apple One to do it. **** Sky and NowTV. Piracy it is.

    Then to have your help centre suggest I was doing something wrong and these deals were no longer available THEY ARE ACTIVE RIGHT NOW when I log in Don't lie to your customers. NowTV lied to me too and they will never get another penny. Neither will you.

    @BT_Openreach how do we get a phone line repair for a vulnerable 82 year old who needs the line for their digital fall alarm? Been down for 12 days. @NOWTV customer service ineffective! Please help?

    @hayuhelps currently pay for hayu via @NOWTV. It seems to be a weekly occurrence now where shows are missing, episodes are missing and take days to arrive IF AT ALL. New series don't materialise until days later. What is going on and why am I paying for such a terrible service?

    @conor_gamble @NOWTV It is odd, I can access it on my phone & laptop but not TV. It must be a software problem at their end (just tv) related.
