    @skytv sky stream is the biggest waste of money I think I’ve ever signed upto, crashes, buffering , and 50% of the time technical error on UHD. Please contact me, I want my contract cancelled asap I’m going back to @NOWTV, works much better

    @NOWHelpTeam @SkySportsPL @SkySports please sort out the quality on Sky Sports on NowTV. Loosing the camera/ audio and we are paying for this service every month. Its ****

    @NOW I have emailed, you didn't answer. I've looked on your help pages, they didn't help. I do not want audio description on tv shows, I want it gone. It's not my tv, it's only a NowTV problem, I've uninstalled & reinstalled the app, it's still there. I am losing patience.

    @NOWTV got a day sports pass. Starting streaming at 20.30 last night.went to start again at 13.45 had to buy a new membership? Furious? Can u help? Lee

    FFS, sort your bloody servers and streaming service out. I'm paying to watch footbal, not shite stop-gap animation. And no, it's not my end as numerous mates are all having the same problem. Absolutely pathetic @NOWTV

    Why do streaming services have their audio adjusted so low? If I’m watching YouTube I have to set my tv volume to 20 or its blaring, yet on nowtv, Netflix, Amazon I set it to max 100 and it’s still low, having to buy speakers when they aren’t the problem clearly

    @NOWTV Picture quality for the Liverpool game is appalling… don’t try and blame my connection…. It’s fine with all other sources.

    The picture quality on the standard NowTV plan, which costs £35, is shocking. For that price, you don’t even get proper HD—you have to shell out another tenner for Boost. And last night they didn’t even bother showing Wawrinka’s farewell ceremony and just cut off the broadcast 😡
