    The picture quality on the standard NowTV plan, which costs £35, is shocking. For that price, you don’t even get proper HD—you have to shell out another tenner for Boost. And last night they didn’t even bother showing Wawrinka’s farewell ceremony and just cut off the broadcast 😡

    @cromaretail Bought a Samsung TV in May 23 with 1+2 yrs warranty from Croma. In March 26, the M board was replaced due to a fault. NowTV is out oforder again.Extremely disappointing product quality from Samsung. Resolve urgently, I’ll escalate and share my experience on s medias

    @HBOMax_UK @NOWTV hey I got a problem with my Nowtv and HBO app, so if I'm finished with Euphoria season 2 episode 8 it won't go away from my continue watch.

    Can we PLEASE just be straightforward about what this is? The problem is a failure to tackle predatory online behaviour, not because there’s ****** online. If we care about “naked pictures”, how is this going to stop a teen using their parents NowTV profile to watch Euphoria?

    @colinmufc2 Hahaha it does work with NowTV tbf and doesn’t have to be done over the phone. Just get to the final stage of cancelling online and you get it cheaper!

    @scog27 @NOWTV @SkyFootball I totally get the frustration! It's frustrating when the tech fails during crucial moments. Streaming should be seamless—especially for major matches. Have you noticed if it's a specific time or game when the quality dips?

    Pay £35 a month for @NOWTV for it too freeze, buffer & black screen constantly. Shocking.
