    @NOW It's really unbelievable how NowTV does not work on Linux or ChromeOS in the year 2021. They must be losing so many customers who aren't owned by Microsoft.

    Concurrency error with NowTV. No other device watching it and both the TV and iPad rebooted to ensure it wasn't them in the background. Still happening. This is why people go with illegal streams @NOWTV

    @KapitanKhazi @NOWHelpTeam I am experiencing exactly the same problem on Apple TV HD. Screen frozen trying to reinstall NowTV app, even after a factory reset of Apple TV.

    @antartica81 The Movistar service I have here in Spain is also fully over 1Gb fibre broadband. And when I was in the UK for work I rented a flat until last May where I had NOWTV, which is fully via fibre optic. How different is this?

    @NOWTV can you explain why you take forever to unlock my account, which you’ve not even told me why it’s locked, a service you are still charging me for and don’t even offer telephone help line

    @NOWHelpTeam I have eventually managed to fix the problem myself thanks. Unfortunately the current version of the NowTV app seems to be buggy on Apple TV.

    @thejayfaulkner Had Virgin for years, never had a problem. Streams really fast. I ditched Virgin TV though and got a NOWTV box, much cheaper and more versatile

    @bookingcom Still not been refunded my double charge for accommodation. You people are useless. It must be the worst customer service in the world. I thought @NOWTV were bad, @bookingcom You are the worlds worst. Its obscene how bad you are #BadService
