@NOWTV Yes I have spoken to your call centre executive, but of no help. They just say that you have informed openreach to send a engineer. Please get my broadband issues resolved ASAP!

@NOWTV ordered a brand new tv stick off amazon. Arrived yesterday and it doesn’t work! Gets stuck on the pairing remote screen. Have been on all the forums and they say that this is an issue on some devices. I think the remote is faulty. How do I get a get a new one sent out?

@NOWTV Xbox One X app. Was on all channels. Internet speed is not the issue. Continually happens on your app. All other ones working fine, @YouTube @netflix etc.

  • FoxJereny Jeremy Darby-Fox (@FoxJereny) reported

@NOWTV @nowtvhelp your iPhone and iPad apps do not work on the iOS 14.5 beta, even after the app update this week. It just crashes and goes back to Home Screen every time you try to load the app. iPhone and iPad.

Well done @NOWTV @nowtvhelp - switched our internet off two days early, leaving us both working from home for two days without internet. No surprises that we have left because of terrible customer service.

  • _mallory1_ Mallory (@_mallory1_) reported

This is such a first world problem but it's infuriating that the NowTV app doesn't autoplay the next episode and let you skip opening credits. Oh, and the subtitles keep disappearing 🙄 If anything they have is available on netflix I'll choose netflix every time @nowtvhelp

  • Tonysmini Tony (@Tonysmini) reported

@Benjicrawf86 @OpenreachHelp You need to ask NowTV to find out what the delay is, they have escalation systems in place to chase up issues like this. It could be something as simple as an address mismatch.

@NOWTV Black standard nowtv box. It only started to happen after the last nowtv update that removed the seperate Nowtv app. That update caused a lot of problems.

@nowtvhelp hi. Can you please advise on what devices can you stream midweek, Championship red button games on nowtv. Would it work on an Amazon firestick or Chromecast? Thanks
