@NOWTV defo feel for her and can see how she needed help and hope she can be allowed free of her chains however I was very disappointed in the documentary. Didn’t really tell us much that wasn’t already known apart from talking to a few sources

@NOWTV Yes I had the free 7 day trail but couldn’t cancel it I’m time before you took my money ... it’s impossible to sign in it either says password incorrect or reset & still doesn’t work I’ve tried speak in the chat still nothing I’m not happy at all

Watched the @NOWTV Britney Documentary this morning, I am so so so upset after seeing what she suffered,evidently still suffering,they are vultures,my true true feelings are on my #instagram I have done a #video #FreeBritney if someone is crying,you help,you DON’T throw a dagger!

4 days later... and nothing at all has happened. No fix, no engineer, not even a reply to a tweet I sent Virgin Media directly. Ordered a new line for £5 from NowTV, will be £24 a month, saving £350 over the next year.

@NOWTV I appreciate the connection issue is with open reach a d they are struggling to get a connection, however I’m choosing you as a company and expect a certain level of customer service! I asked to speak to a manager and was told “no! Due to the pandemic we don’t share headsets”

@NOWTV I’m on a week’s free trial. You’ve emailed me two zero-valued receipts but debited my bank account £1 for each. Looks like you have a system problem or maybe think £1 is close enough? @ofcom you should take a look at this possible skimming scam.

@ChairmanDog @AmazonHelp I found it was only not working when trying to watch via the app on NowTV. Works fine on Firestick, Prime website and Prime app
