    Damn. Decided to try @NOWTV to watch the Ryder cup. Wow at nearly £40pm I don’t expect crap quality, constant app crashes and buffering. Who thought charging for HD in these days is a good idea?

    @OpenreachHelp We’ve already contacted our provider (NowTV). The delay was due to your engineer being injured during his work and your company didn’t provider us any replacements. We were then told a week later that someone would visit on 28th - but now told it will actually be 6th October.

    @NOWHelpTeam @eve_jackson_ I can confirm that mine was not working at all last night, but when I tried today it gave the 'Updating...' message (presumably downloading a new version of the app) and now it's all working again on my NowTV stick.

    The @NOWTV app has stopped working on my @LGUK smartTV, getting error PL-0 whenever I try to play content. Any solution other than resetting the TV to factory settings (NOT doing that as I'll lose my other app data)? Tried reinstalling app, no fix.

    @NOWHelpTeam I have spoken to NowTV over the phone several times over the last two weeks and every time they have told me they cannot provide we with an update. This is why I have decided to communicate with the ‘help team’. Is there anything else you can do for me? Calling is doing nothing.
