So if i put in a formal complaint & #Nowtv fixes the ui for disabled customers then what was the point of #Nowtv stating for months that they wont fix the ui for disabled customers. @Ofcom Why are companies allowed to treat disabled customers like that.

Well today’s the day....will @WeAreOpenreach turn up to fix my broadband. Now on day 15 of total loss of service. Failed to turn up twice already. Any ideas @NOWTV @nowtvhelp diabolical communication and customer service. Already feeling like my family will be let down again

@NOWTV where is the telephone help number?? Going round and round in circles, the broadband not working so need to speak to someone. I can't work without it.

More Nowtv customers have to report the new ui as useless instead of just complaining about & not even posting it to @NOWTV . Nowtv has stated that they need more complaints before the fix or replace the useless UI for disabled customers. @Ofcom I have the email to prove this.
