@starjules69 @nowtvhelp I’ve got exactly the same problem as you!! None of the now tv apps are working. Netflix and all the normal tv apps are streaming fine it’s just Nowtv! This is Entertainment, Sky Movies and HayU and all 3 of these are just loading then says error in the player.

@nowtvhelp hi, I’ve been having trouble watching NowTV today. Every ten minutes or so it kicks me out of the episode. I’ve got a Roku stream stick + have rebooted and updated stick, rebooted WiFi, problem still happens and only on NowTV. Any ideas?

@NOWTV I am fully aware of that. The programme was recorded in 4:3 but looks square (really thick side bars). 16:9 TV adverts have black bars when they should be in full screen. No problems until yesterday.

@NOWTV @OpenreachHelp we called and gave three weeks notice and still no internet and told no engineer can turn us on until December 3rd. Internet was promised for today. I cannot do my job without it and this delay is unreasonable- please help!!!!

@NOWTV I really do not wish to waste my time constantly ringing to not get anything resolved. All you do is BB test's that come back "ok". Its been an ongoing issue, that's never been resolved. Now your just charging more for it!

@IRISHGAMER1461 @WonderWomanFilm @hbomax And the only one showing content from HBO is NOWtv (from Sky) and they do an awful job promoting shows, and so far don’t have much from HBO max in there, ridiculous! damn Sky not revamping itself as HBO max!

@nowtvhelp hello, I am still having on off problems with your Nowtv app on my LG TV although much better then a few days ago. It still at times buffers when trying to watch a programme which is quite distracting. What is @SkyUK doing to resolve this???
