    @happimess73 No problem. Nowtv boxes are made by the same company - but Sky lock some features out. If you don't have a 4k tv they make a regular hd one for 30 or something.

    @nowtvhelp why can’t I watch NowTv on my Fire Tv?? On your website it says it’s compatible with Fire Tv but the app isn’t available. Could you help me?

    Issues with the @amazonuk app are being caused by Sky blocking the site. @NowTV is affected too. You need to go into settings and allow the Amazon URL to fix the issue. With NowTV find this in parental controls.

    With a NowTV day sports pass you know you'll get good picture and audio quality for 24hrs. With Hornet Hive you get a couple of hours poor video with even worse audio. And I have a 200mbs connection and a fast computer.

    Is there a problem with @NOWTV can’t watch anything on it and the apps won’t work either. Just buffering or coming up with error messages

    @SkyHelpTeam @MartinKatscan Having the same issue here and there seem to be a large number of Sky broadband and Nowtv broadband users with the same problem.
