    Hi @NOWTV @nowtvhelp having real issues with subtitles disappearing during films/tv. Really not good for accessibility, seems like a bug that needs fixing!!

    @plusnethelp hi. My nowtv and Amazon fire stick both cant connect to my internet. I've tried troubleshooting it and now it says I need to sign in to network but when I click and enter my details nothing happens. No internet. No tv. Nothing.

    @nowtvhelp @NOWTV #NowTV Why can you not respond to emails or deal with issue despite repeated assurances. 25 days since first raising issue. Unbelievable poor service and failed promises.

    @NOWTV Had he broken character he would of had to kick the helmet again.. so really was in his own interest, broken toes and all.
