@NOWHelpTeam No, every other app including YouTube and Netflix work on my tv besides nowtv. Nowtv works on my phone and my iPad just not my tv

Honestly not sure what I'm actually paying for with @NOW, first reported an issue with my service back in May, we're now almost in August and I'm STILL being sent round in circles by tech support who refuse to acknowledge the problem. #nowtv

@MEFoggyDog Not much help for this afternoon, but I use a Now TV stick/box. Can access all catch up channels plus subscription channels, Netflix, Prime, Nowtv. I'd be lost without it (don't need to subscribe to nowtv - I dip in and out depending what's on, and what offers they send me).

Hi @comcast can you release the closure date of your terrible #NowTV streaming service in the UK. Not because anyone will miss it, it would just be useful to have the date.
