    @NOWHelpTeam bought day pass to watch Prem League today. The NowTV player won’t work on any of three computers. Error OVP_00005. No solution online. Please refund my wasted £9.98

    @NOWHelpTeam I can confirm NowTV doesn’t work on the new AppleTv4k 2021 (A2169) also. Please fix ASAP.

    @Roku hi, both my roku 2's now crash when trying to load apps after the mid-May s/w update. Tried it with youtube, nowtv, Netflix and bbc iplayer, so likely all the apps. Any ideas how to soet this out or revert to an older s/w version. Tried resetting without any luck.

    @NOWHelpTeam Cannot get the NOWTV player to work AT ALL having just bought a day pass for F1. restarted computer, router, uninstalled, tried new computers and browsers= nothing. please help.

    When will this be fixed so I know whether to cancel my various NowTV subscriptions no point in me paying for a service I cannot use? All my other subscription apps like Netflix work just fine!

    @NOW Would watch it but the quality on the NowTV player is utterly appauling and has been, looking at your community pages, for years.

    @Fiery40 That would be awful for me as I watch golf on Skysports, via Nowtv , which requires a pretty good speed.
