@NOWHelpTeam keep getting this error message (error code ovp 00009 ) when trying to watch content on nowtv stick. Been happening for over 24 hours now. Is there a fix in sight? Is there any compensation in place for the downtime?

@NOWHelpTeam I tried that and it didn’t work. Also tried the app on my phone it couldn’t stream either. It's like NowTV is being blocked, but every other streaming service works just fine.

@NOW @nowtv I subscribe to your "super fibre" broadband service. For the last 24 hours its download speed has been far below the guaranteed 70 mbps---it's currently 39 mbps---and the connection keeps dropping. I'm in CH1. What's the problem, and what are you doing to fix it?

@NOWTV our internet is down in Kent - I can’t see any info about outages. We’ve checked our connection and reset the router a few times but it isn’t working. Is there an outage?
