    @NOWTV My credit card company changed providers and payment didn't go through but I got from you, "We’re sorry to see you’ve cancelled your NOW Membership. If you could spare a few minutes to let us know the reason you’ve cancelled, it’d really help us improve."

    @NOWTV is there a problem with the broadband buddy settings. It's been down always and I'm trying to change settings.

    Anyone know when #nowtv broadband in Kent is expected to be back working? I know they're aware of the issue but would be good to have an idea of how much longer it will take

    @SAFCMeltdown @daveynicnufc Killing me here in Spain that we forgot our backup mobile router (for when BT goes down at home) and our NowTV stick won't work, so I'm missing the Cowboys for the first time on Thanksgiving for 10 years 😔
