    @NOWTV I got an email offering sky movies for a £1 for two months , when I try to redeem it it says there's tech problems .the offer ends tomorrow

    @NOW @nowtv I subscribe to your "super fibre" broadband service. For the last 24 hours its download speed has been far below the guaranteed 70 mbps---it's currently 39 mbps---and the connection keeps dropping. I'm in CH1. What's the problem, and what are you doing to fix it?

    Hi @NOW we watched episodes 1+2 of Clarice last night. Today can't find it on the STB (YouView) or on the NowTV app. There was no indication of imminent expiry on either STB or app yesterday. Does your app have a problem, or have you just removed it with no notice?
