@NOWTV Doesn't really help. I have an entertainment pass through my BT account. I have a cinema pass from before I signed up with BT. Both have different email addresses. How do I add my existing cinema pass to my BT account? Is that even possible? @bt_uk

@nowtvhelp hi I’ve been given a code by Sky and when I try and log in to my NOWTV account via Access Now TV app on my JVC smart TV it comes up with error code 401. Please can you help?

@NOWTV Please could you help? I can’t log in using my now TV box, it’s says my password isn’t recognised so I’ve changed it and still the same thing. It’s fine on my laptop.

@NOWTV Hi, 2x devices experiencing same issues when watching Man United game on Now TV. Player keeps cutting off and disconnects back to main menu every 10 mins or so. Are you experiencing technical difficulties today?

@NOWTV @TSScot @CitizensAdvice I feel like it’s something that you really have to look at. It’s a terrible practice to direct people to a more expensive option from the QR code. Just wondering how many people you have duped into paying more with this tactic.

Nothing but issues trying to get @btsport on my @nowtvhelp stick. Been told its a BT thing and they've said its a nowTV thing. Absolute shambles. Won't let me create a BT ID without an account but it won't allow me to set one up

@WillFenwick @NOWTV Have genuinely never had any issues with it barring the usual 60ish second delay, what device are you using it on?
