  @My5_tv this app never works on my fire stick or my mums nowtv it skips episodes & constantly plays adverts on loop. It buffers all the time and we have no problems with other apps

  More Nowtv customers have to report the new ui as useless instead of just complaining about & not even posting it to @NOWTV . Nowtv has stated that they need more complaints before the fix or replace the useless UI for disabled customers. @Ofcom I have the email to prove this.

  @NOWTV I'm consistently getting VGC-4253024462:4253024462 error when opening Now TV player after a few seconds of showing content......on macOS....uninstalled/reinstalled player but same issue. Was working recently.

  We've had 0 problems with our @NOWTV broadband for 6 months but within the last 2 weeks our internet drops out for 5+ minutes MULTIPLE times a day. Not only does it screw up our streams but I also work from home and need RELIABLE internet 😤

  So if i put in a formal complaint & #Nowtv fixes the ui for disabled customers then what was the point of #Nowtv stating for months that they wont fix the ui for disabled customers. @Ofcom Why are companies allowed to treat disabled customers like that.

  @AJRoach @skytv @netflix I've had numerous issues with All4, especially on content that goes out on a Friday night. Subtitles have often not appeared until the Monday when, presumably, everyone's back in the office. It's not hard to make sure AD and CC's are included. NowTV are awful for this as well.

  @MilesDominic1 @NOWTV They have a message saying that it's because of EU rules - I'm really hoping this is a temporary issue and could get worked out and change - do you know more about the legal situation?

  Well today’s the day....will @WeAreOpenreach turn up to fix my broadband. Now on day 15 of total loss of service. Failed to turn up twice already. Any ideas @NOWTV @nowtvhelp diabolical communication and customer service. Already feeling like my family will be let down again
