@My5_tv this app never works on my fire stick or my mums nowtv it skips episodes & constantly plays adverts on loop. It buffers all the time and we have no problems with other apps

@JoanaFFPViana I think @NowTV is the worst streaming service in the UK, it’s strangely hard to use, and to keep track of your shows. The only + is that if you keep threatening to leave they keep giving you great deals every month.

@SkyHelpTeam @myjazzfanny Well, clearly not just @myjazzfanny 's problem. We were at my in-laws in Pennington and their internet was playing up and we just got home in Lymington and we're unable to use NowTV at all because the broadband is being extremely slow.

For the price of the licence fee, I cld have Netflix and the entertainment pack of NowTV. I dont know about you, but the BBC offering looks like terrible value. You dont even have teletext any more ffs

@NOWTV_It can someone get back to me that isn’t a robot about an issue I am having with Nowtv entertainment pack. That should have been included in our broadband package that has been missed off. I can’t seem to get anywhere online or by email!
