@My5_tv this app never works on my fire stick or my mums nowtv it skips episodes & constantly plays adverts on loop. It buffers all the time and we have no problems with other apps

@NOWTV Was just in live chat with someone but they have ended the chat without sorting issue out. Basically we have now been sent a set your password email but when we click on the link it takes us to a screen that says access denied

@NOWTV That’s the problem. I’ve had to do this multiple times and often have to restart my TV just to get your app to work. This doesn’t happen with any other app (Netflix, Amazon, BBC, ITV, Channel 4, BT Sport etc).

@NOWTV My Sky Sports Mobile pass is NOT working on my mobile. Was working last week. Is saying that I need to purchase a pass but when I login online it says my pass is activated! POOR POOR service!
