@NOWTV Hi I'm trying to watch a live movie stream on my LG TV. I lost Internet connection and now won't resume. It would appear that the movie I'm trying to watch isn't in your library? I think your app is broken, also tried android app and received an error.

If you're having trouble with the new @NOWTV app on the @Roku Streaming Stick, try disabling your DNS-based blocking (such as @The_Pi_Hole). The new version of the app makes a blocking call to a Doubleclick URL that most lists filter out.

@NOWHelpTeam Hi, having broadband issues in SK6. Hub green light is on but virtually no internet. Did a technical check on the NowTV site and it says it recognises there’s an issue with the line but can’t diagnose it. Is this a wider area issue?

@NOWHelpTeam My Tv, I subscribed for Sky Sports via NowTv, i took the free week, pay later for Sky One, i need to use subtitles but I cant see the option to display them, I went online for help, it tells you to press the Question (?) on your Sky Q remote but I dont have a Sky Q remote

@NOWTV are scammers. They don't tell you they're going to charge you for two separate services clearly enough for disabled people. Tried to talk to "customer services" (in quotes I wouldn't call it a service) and had no help with the refund. Can't charge back either on PayPal!

@NOW hi, my uncle cannot get his NowTV to work on his Roku. When he tries to open it it crashes straight away. Tried deleting the app and reinstalling but the issue has persisted for the last 2 weeks. Any help to solve the problem would be much appreciated, thanks.
