@nowtv @martinlewis @tradingstandatds Nowtv terrible customer service, elderly father with no working landline for days, customer service is horrendous, happy to take money but provide no service. Do not recommend and will be terminating the service asap.

@primevideosport None, Prime service is crap, have no issues with Disney, Netflix, BBC, All4, NowTV, Paramount or YouTube, but Prime,Prime crashes within 15 minutes and stuns the whole TV.

Here's the problem with @F1 being behind a paywall. I've shelled out £12 to watch this race, and no refund if it doesn't happen. Is that fair? I think not. I have no interest in watching anything else on @SkySport / @NOWTV today. The whole thing is a gamble.

Prime Rings of Power stream is always lagging. Don’t have any of this problem on Disney+ and YouTube nor Nowtv. Poor experience

@bt_uk How can the hub be the issue? NowTV, BBC iPlayer, YouTube and every other app that can provide live feed works fine.

@bt_uk I'm aware of the problem, the issue is with Sky channels via NOWTV, which isn't covered on that page. The program guide never updates so it doesn't record properly.

@OpenreachHelp I was on the phone with a very helpful assistant from @NOWTV who was on an online chat with @OpenreachHelp - they said nothing could be done. Despite explaining that our alarm system cannot be installed due to the lack of internet. What can you do to help?

@SkyHelpTeam Doesn't solve the problem of being saddled with a TV to pay for for the next 3years though does it ,but as you already had a streaming service in the form of nowtv this could have been avoided
