  @weareopenreach #auchterarder With NowTV FTTC. Want to move to Plusnet FTTC. Plusnet say they can't guarantee the transfer as there is capacity problems. I'm not upgrading as both will be the same speed. Is this correct?

  @NOWTV to clarify, it's not really an issue with 'bad quality' of the stream - there is actually a great quality image being streamed to me, but there is a weird scrambled semi-transparent overlay on the top of the image which makes it look bad.

  @NOWTV is there a issue with internet in IG6 area. Internet is down for the last 15 mins. Internet light is orange on the now tv hub.
