I've bought a NowTV Sky Sports pass today for the first time and I've seen Grosjean crash and burst in to flames, Perez car explode and Jimenez now with a dreadful looking head injury. Maybe it's me?

@NOWTV unable to get the help I needed online chat, you charged us £104 for sky sports, we do watch sports, we don't even use now tv. I feel like you have conned us, possibly my 6 year old signed up for a free trial, and when it wasn't cancelled you pulled our pants down. Help

@NOWTV Oh that's alright then, good job we noticed now and not a year down the line. Terrible from @SkyUK not even an email to let us know you are charging us when this so called free trial ended, it's daylight robbery, I personally don't even think it was my 6 year old, possible fraud
