    I hope @NOWHelpTeam might be able to help - daughter cancelled her sub in Jan but obviously did it wrong and failed to actually cancel / didn’t realise/ has not used the service once since then but NowTV customer service sticking to the letter and not refunding.

    @f1broadcasting Even on NOWTV I’m paying £30 a month for a ****** 1080i stream. It’s awful, rip off.

    @BecsHalfhide @NOWTV @NOWTVHelp Has to be one of the worst companies ever. Nothing on their website either to say the service is down and it is still down. Virgin won't supply to my house as it's not worth their while digging up 30 more feet or so, to get to my house.

    @NOWTV giving me the runaround about a refund - hard to find a human to chat to who then tells me to email a Help address which then returns an auto mail that says “this address is no longer monitored”. Taking the proverbial a bit.

    @NOWTV_It @NOWTVHelp @nowtv Would have been a good idea to actually use some of your social media to announce you'd fixed the problems that were affecting people Nationwide, be it facebook, twitter, or hell even an email to the people in the areas affected

    @HollieB @samwrite I use NowTV, but as I work some weekends and I’m not always free to watch the F1 (which is the only sport I’d pay to watch), I just get the day pass when I need it, instead of committing to a season pass, that I know I won’t use.

    @nowtv your broadband has been absolutely shocking lately. It’s down all over the UK and has been for hours with no update/fix applied since 6pm and it’s now almost midnight. Some of us have to work from home in a few hours. #NowTV

    @NOWHelpTeam Now having problems on my other TV, but this one is reporting an u known error. Broadband is fine. Just nowtv. Have restarted TV without it being fixed.
