Starting to seriously lose my **** at the crap service from @NOWTV because even on the lowest steam settings I'm spending more time watching it buffer than watch the show. A 45min show and I've been trying to watch it for 2 hours now. Absolute **** service.

@NOWTV why do I always have buffering issues when streaming nowtv. Netflix, prime work fine but every time with nowtv i have issues. Constant stalling. Smarttv and PS4 both. And no, it’s not my internet! Some wrong with your servers? Any ideas?

The @NOWTV stick is the absolute worst piece of **** I have ever owned, in less than a year I've had to have it replaced and have to fully factory reset it at least twice a day just to be able to watch TV for a couple of hours. Every other device in the house is fine???

@PhilMealey Hi Phil thanks for getting in touch and I am sorry to hear that. Phil can I ask is it allowing you to sign in on any other device other than the phone? can I please ask are you trying to do this directly through the website on a web browser or on the nowtv app. Thanks

@NOWTV I can honestly say I have never been so disappointed with a streaming service before. So many of the shows DON'T have subtitles. Maybe you can work on being more inclusive this year.

@chrisMU19 @MarkLong691 @kryptonscodex I'll have to look into that as have had Sky for years and never heard that about NowTV. I have access to other sites so worst comes to worst I'll watch elsewhere.
