    @NOWTV How about little things like customer service and technical help? Your live chat doesn't work. There is an ongoing problem not being able to watch nowtv on windows 10 laptop.

    @NOWTV ...flimsy and sporadic but now it does not work AT ALL. It needs to be replaced (and hopefully the item is better quality now?) 2. I cannot change my address in the backend of my membership 3. I cannot contact NOWTV customer service through the membership section of the site

    @JolyonMaugham @GoodLawProject I've only got 3 - NowTV Broadband, Vodafone mobile phone and 02 unlimited data SIM. Not NowTV's fault, just fallout from a neighbour's tree taking out the overhead cable and being left in an unsafe state so Openreach couldn't fix the cable for a week

    @canva Probably the least difficult work around is tethering your phone internet to your laptop. Not ideal but easier than getting in contact with NowTV!

    @SkySports @SkySportsBoxing is there a problem with the box office website? Currently unable to log in to purchase tonight ppv on nowtv stick? Keeps telling me my details are incorrect but allows me to log in on my iPhone through safari
