    @NOWTV Now try & watch on my phone and I can't due to a "concurrency error", because the Mac app crashed! Seriously guys!? This is a truly DREADFUL experience!

    @NOWTV are scammers. They don't tell you they're going to charge you for two separate services clearly enough for disabled people. Tried to talk to "customer services" (in quotes I wouldn't call it a service) and had no help with the refund. Can't charge back either on PayPal!

    @NOWHelpTeam I've had issues with my OG white NowTV box - never got an email to say you'd stop them from working. Used to work fine, now it's just a paperweight. I heard you were offering replacement NowTV sticks - is this still available?

    Worst ever service by @NOWTV @NOWTVHelp We have cancelled the service as we were having regular issues which is updated on the notes as well and we asked to cancel it by 10th Apr but it was made for 1st Apr and few days back again when we called they said will call back today...

    @NOWHelpTeam @philip_tudor While this issue exists, how about extending the amount of devices you can watch Nowtv on so that people can watch it on another device without the faff of juggling devices?

    @NOWHelpTeam Hi we still can't get NowTV on our Roku stick. Can you confirm we will be refunded for any days we cannot access what we are paying for as its a known issue? Also how long till it is fixed please? Thanks.

    Quick fix for people having the "Account access problem" on @SpotlightUK. It seems there are issues with certain ISP's e.g. NowTV that are stopping people accessing Spotlight. They are working on it but the quick fix would be to use phone data or a different net connection.

    @NOWTV have just nicked £33.99 out of my account a month after me cancelling. Then the bloke on the live chat goes missing after I ask about it. Awful company
