@NOWTV No thanks in my opinion the movies are awful and rarely updated. You even charge for HD what’s that about? Disney is so much better and worth the money so I won’t be back.

@nowtvhelp It's a Lenovo TAB 4 8 Plus. Issue happens in the NowTV app. I can connect in the web browser. But the web browser does not allow playback. If I select a video in the web browser and click to play it in the app it passes me to the app which immediately disconnects. Every time.

Nowtv is missing from the home page on @Nowtv devices @nowtvhelp . It can't be uninstalled to reset it as the separate Nowtv app was removed by Nowtv. Fix it.

Why is our sky sports picture quality so poor through our @NOWTV stick @nowtvhelp? All other applications are streaming fine in HD yet sky sports is barely watchable. It’s not cheap so it’s not acceptable. I see others are having the same issue. Our broadband is fine.

@NOWTV Smart tv. 16 times in total. Amd it isnt the internet connection. As netflix youtube amazon tv and disney plus all work without issue.

@nowtvhelp I can't use the NowTV app on my android device. It simply logs me out every time I try to play something. Spent an hour with technical support who told me the issue was fixed. Problem still there when I tested it. Tech support closed the conversation and passed me to a chatbot.
