Tried to talk to "customer services" (in quotes I wouldn't call it a service) and had no help with the refund. Can't charge back either on PayPal!

Chris Everett (@ChrisEverettAct) reportedQuick fix for people having the "Account access problem" on @SpotlightUK. It seems there are issues with certain ISP's e.g. NowTV that are stopping people accessing Spotlight. They are working on it but the quick fix would be to use phone data or a different net connection.
