3 & 1/2 years with sky broadband. Not one issue. Less than a month with @NOWTV and its gone down twice, is half its claimed speed and the customer service is, frankly, crap. Had no service since 8am, phoned three times, Now claim its openreach (it isn't) and they're not fussed

@NOWTV Ive had Now tv since it launched and I’ve never had a problem . Its on my phone laptop tv’s not a problem ive got movies and the entertainment channels monthly at the times i want it . Free tv apps oh tho the uk tv play is pants since they removed most of the channels .

@NOWTV are there issues with now tv sports pass cant buy a weekend pass or anything but yet I can watch my entertainment pass with no issues

Why is our sky sports picture quality so poor through our @NOWTV stick @nowtvhelp? All other applications are streaming fine in HD yet sky sports is barely watchable. It’s not cheap so it’s not acceptable. I see others are having the same issue. Our broadband is fine.

Nowtv is missing from the home page on @Nowtv devices @nowtvhelp . It can't be uninstalled to reset it as the separate Nowtv app was removed by Nowtv. Fix it.

@NOWTV Do not get anything from @NOWTV they are one of the most unreliable companies I’ve ever dealt with! I’ve been waiting over a week from them to “resolve” my connection issues, no emails, no callbacks, no updates and no apologies, it’s too late for me@but seriously, save yourselves

@NOWTV firstly, the fact that I can’t call to speak to someone is unacceptable. For the amount we’re paying, you should have a customer service number. I’ve received a mail about updating payment details and monthly passes. I don’t understand what the problem is. Please help.

literally only have one episode left and i paid for nowtv just to watch this show but my pass ended :-( and now i had to watch the last couple episodes in such bad quality but ahh U KNOW WHAT I LOVE CARRIE AND MR BIG!!!!!!! like he was so toxic before but they've both matured

@virginmedia Reboot doesn't make much difference and any kind of streaming in a smart TV (netflix, nowTV, BBC iPlayer, itv hub) regardless or live or ore recorded always issues. Also EXTREMELY slow on smart phones or laptops 😭

@NOWTV No thanks in my opinion the movies are awful and rarely updated. You even charge for HD what’s that about? Disney is so much better and worth the money so I won’t be back.
