3 & 1/2 years with sky broadband. Not one issue. Less than a month with @NOWTV and its gone down twice, is half its claimed speed and the customer service is, frankly, crap. Had no service since 8am, phoned three times, Now claim its openreach (it isn't) and they're not fussed

NowTv is useless , The Continue Watching List is empty on Now on pc & on the NowTv app yet on a different browser it's not empty. @NOWHelpTeam Also just bought a boost package & adverts still show. Fix it.

Anyone with a Sony Android TV have any other playback issues with like Disney+/NowTV etc? Every so often during an episode/movie, it’s kind of just stutters for a second or two. All of the apps are up to date as it the TV.

@NOW Ok I give up, which devices can you actually pause live streaming on Nowtv ? Seems like you cannot on Apple TV 4K, you can on the old nowtv black boxes, but you don’t sell those anymore, can you on any of the new Roku boxes ? Docs are terrible for this …..

@SausageHogger @GMB @MartinSLewis Although I will say if most of your tv watching is via a PC or laptop, NowTV isn't worth the price. Their launcher is awful with really limited picture quality (they're aware of it and haven't done anything to sort it).

@NOW My 3 month discount ran out and NowTV deliberately did not mention this. They have now taken full price and I am looking into my legal situation to get my money back. What a nasty underhand company NowTv is. They don't even read your direct messages for help.
