    @hanstitches_ its literally the worst streaming platform too and this is comin from a hugeee paramount hater but somehow nowtv is even worse, ive gotten it twice for specific things, and ive had to cancel it ~6/7 times 🙃

    @NOWTV I joined the non-flexible membership in error and tried to cancel it immediately. I sent an email to your customer service but have not heard back.

    @nowtv Anyone else having issues with Now app on phone and telly, its buffering evey 10 seconds all advice follwed to mitigate it down to app re- install

    .@NOWTV Avoid their broadband service, as they have the worst customer support and they seek to scam you as they will not offer compensation or refunds when their service is not working. It will take you months to try to get any sort of money back. #poorcustomerservice
