    @NOWTV @nowtvhelp had intermittent internet since 4pm and as of 20 mins ago I now have no internet at all. Seeing lots of people in the south east reporting the same issue on here??? What’s going on???

    @NOWTV any updates as to when we can expect our internet to be up and running? The lack of updates around the problem is infuriating, especially when we’re relying so much on our internet atm. I have work to do tomorrow. Please update ASAP #nowtv #nowtvbroadband #nowtvhelp

    @NOWTV @nowtvhelp Your DNS server appears to have gone down. Rather unhelpfully, I can't set my own DNS IP address on my router as you've locked users out from that setting, so I'm stuck waiting for you to fix it. Please hurry up, it's rather frustrating. Tier 4 sucks already!

    Poor customer service @NOWTV. Told my mum to purchase a Sky sports day pass to get 4 months free of sky sports free (as the original code for 1 month didn’t work!) and now you have told her no and making up dire excuses! £9.99 pass purchased not the £9.98 pass so isn’t eligible!!

    Yet more problems with @NOWTV..... Will be seriously considering my options in the new year. Shocking service lately. No TV or Internet at all this evening.
