  @sargent65 I've been watching a lot of films with the volume turned down coz of sleeping baby and some of the subtitles are terrible! NowTV is especially bad. Netflix 👍🏻

  @EGadsby I hate to say this but we bought a Samsung not long ago and had a similar issue with NowTV app. Off at the plug and back on worked for us.

  @NOWTV @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp Bloody useless the pair of them, couldn’t organise a piss-up in a brewery. Internet and landline outage in Faringdon, Oxfordshire since last Tuesday in the property of an elderly alone without support. Helplines are inept!

  @NOWTV I've tried this, there is no live chat to talk to someone. Just multiple choice answers that don't help! It shows my account is active, but just asks to log in, but I can't log in!
