.@nowtvhelp Dozens of NowTV and Sky broadband customers all lost internet access here yesterday, yet I called you just now and you still claim it's an individual issue and booked ANOTHER engineer appointment. 24 hours + without broadband now. while trying to work from home

@alisonlaurabell Oh it's so ****. You have to download their own NowTV player thing which is just awful. We use it on AppleTV so it's not too bad but on laptop it's no good!

@nowtvhelp Hi, The Now TV app has stopped opening on my iPad Pro running iPadOS 14.5. I see the NowTV splash screen followed by the spinner and then the app closes. I have the latest version of the app and have removed it and reinstalled it but it's still not working.

@NOWTV I have Entertainment Pack + Boost, watching Westworld S02 stream quality says 128. If I close down app and restart it says 7834. What’s going on? Still on free trial, seems like boost not worthwhile. On Firestick 4K.
