    @NOWTV When I watch now tv on my Xbox a problem usually occurs with international football games where you usually choose what game you want to watch via the red button but instead the channel is limited to one game because there is no red button option

    @NOWTV your service is terrible. Ive tried multiple times to cancel your service but your website prevents me from retrieving my account and you still take my money every month. You owe me about £100 and i want it back now. All i wanted to do was cancel but now youve annoyed me.

    @NOWTV I’ve taken the day of work no engineer call appointment was 8am Till 1pm no movement on tracker since sent at 7am not happy what away to start my new contract

    @NOWTV Hi there, I am being charged £9.99 on my Paypal account for your service. I have no recollection of signing up. I can't log on to my account as I don;t know what my log in is. As far as I am aware I have never used your service. How do I cancel my service without login

    @DaveBall65 @NotPooey You can watch catch up all channels but no BBC. Netflix, NOWTV, all ok. Just write and cancel. You cannot watch live tv or record live tv. If you have a smart tv, no problems at all.
