    @hayuhelps currently pay for hayu via @NOWTV. It seems to be a weekly occurrence now where shows are missing, episodes are missing and take days to arrive IF AT ALL. New series don't materialise until days later. What is going on and why am I paying for such a terrible service?

    @NOWTV Nowtv has stopped working on my Hisense smart tv and Amazon Firestick today. What is the issue? Do I need to cancel subscriptions or get a refund??

    After their outage earlier, any shows you were watching on @skytv @NOWTV have been reset as though you hadn’t started viewing any episodes. Good one.

    @PlanFluor @NOWTV @SkySportsF1 I’ve gone down that route, it’s completely fine. I’m not the only one dealing with this issue. It’s a known issue with NowTV. Otherwise, my internet works fine and other tv providers and live works fine.

    @NOWTV Your product needs to really start thinking about the customer. Moving from kitchen TV to living room - 10 mins without a stream. Moving from living room TV to mobile - 10 mins without a stream. I shouldn’t have to pay for multiple devices because your app is terrible.

    @SilverAscend @LeoKearse If BBC iPlayer and NOWTV can figure out you are on a VPN then I’m fairly sure it’s possible for the ISPs to block access to the VPN servers completely, regardless of protocol. Sure, it’s whack-a-mole, but they don’t need it to be perfect to be effective.
