Subscribed to NowTv, and managed to **** it up so had to use the chatbot, but didn’t realise it connected to a real person cause it couldn’t resolve the problem

@NOWTV broadband customer service is terrible. Three people lying to me. Fourth call, person much more helpful but 30 mins after my call I got an email to reschedule my engineer appointment by another week - so no internet for 3 weeks. #unacceptable #angry

@JamesGunn Will creature commandos and peacemaker ever come to uk streaming? Netflix, prime or itv? Noone uses nowtv and sky streaming is awful

I can officially say NowTV is the worst of the streaming services. It's the most expensive, with two separate memberships for series and movies, and that comes with unskippable adverts and a wobbly player you have to download
