    @NOWTV, why is my broadband line not working yet? 2 of the lights are solid green but not the "INTERNET" one?

    Not a great start to changing broadband to @NOWTV. Router hasnt arrived so no idea if internet will work on Monday which also means no idea if I can work on Monday 🙈

    @nowtvhelp Phone/android/google can login to site cannot watch, iPad app works ok I think, nowtv box doesn't allow to login
