    With a NowTV day sports pass you know you'll get good picture and audio quality for 24hrs. With Hornet Hive you get a couple of hours poor video with even worse audio. And I have a 200mbs connection and a fast computer.

    @nowtv @nowtvhelp Why are your chat assistants not very good? Don't you train them properly? Twice now they've followed the script, "yes you have a pass, you get the following, that's not working, OK uninstall & reinstall, try again." Then chat goes dead. @VodafoneUK poor swap!

    @NOWTV have bought a day pass for the sport but cannot sign into the app on any device? Can you advise, this is so frustrating when it keeps coming up “unable to connect to sign in, please try again later” on laptop, phone and iPad?

    Literally bought the sports pass on NowTV for the UFC and it buffers constantly. Illegal streams probably better quality

    @NOWTV I'm sure you can email an internal email address with the case number 08446537. You don't need security clearance to do that. Just another example of the organisation not being prepared to help or even type an email
