    @NOWTV All the call center has offered is to restart my contract, leaving me without internet for 2 weeks - a thing which I need for my job. It also doesn't address the core issue that someone is able to cancel my internet just by typing my address into some other ISP's signup form.

    @NOWTV I keep getting error message "Unable to sign you in, please try again later" every time I try to log in!? ... I also get the same error when trying to reset my password!!

    @NOWTV hello! I'm thinking of getting Now broadband and trying to work out if it would require an engineer visit and when that would be. How can I work that out? I think I've scoured all your help pages...

    @SoozUK @NOWTV Mine occasionally disappears across apps. Last night all my TV apps randomly decided not to cast, with an unexplained error. Then today it’s fine again. None of this is helpful, but hopefully you won’t feel so alone in this dystopian TV hell.
