  @NOWTV charge me £8.99 for a day pass with the promise of a "free 6 month mobile pass that will renew monthly after". Of course I took them up on that offer. My mobile pass has not worked for 3 months. Repeatedly I contacted customer support for a fix. 1/2

  @NOWHelpTeam Free practice 1 has begun at the Mexico Grand Prix and I STILL cannot use my NowTV account to watch it. As well as fixing the problem what sort of refund will I be getting?

  Can you help !!?? Had the NOWTv Player for a while on Mac and for the most part its been pretty reliable. However it now states ' You have screen recording software on your comp' and won't play!! I have read through the HELP page . And forums. Nothing works. anyone? @NOWTV

  @Lil_beths Is she Teesside area cos its completely unusable around here. Got powerful signal booster on this TV, used to get like 160 TV channels plus God knows how many radio but now got about 5 random channels & the rest just break up/feeeze. Using a NowTV stick to get around the issue.

  @NOWTV how can I contact you if there is no option to speak to someone on live chat on your site?!! It tells me to get in touch but gives no contact details and takes me back to self help, don't say you have live chat and then not let anyone see where it is!!!

  @gavinmuellerphd @Greene_DM HBO is interesting because their model is more "classic" and oriented around IP rights in global markets. We get it through Sky's "NowTV", quite possibly the worst streaming software i've ever used

  @NOWHelpTeam Nowtv cancelled the service because another provider told you they'll be taking over my phone line because their customer is moving to my address. That is totally wrong, noone is moving to my address and it takes you 2 weeks to reconnect my broadband. That's terrible

  @nowtv Has the worst TV operating interface..ever tried to f/forward or rewind?..& no preview window.
