@NOWTV We've been calling them nearly every day - they keep saying they have no information on what's wrong or how long it will take to fix. They simply pass the buck & blame Openreach. It's ridiculous, I've got 3 kids who are missing out on vital education !

@nowtvhelp Yeah, but have you used it... don’t just read from your script. You have heard of Apple right? It is very important to make sure your apps across all Apple operating systems work correctly. (Free trials continue NOWTV can’t get traction)
