    @NOWTV shocking service. Refund within 30 days. Now surpassed. Told there was an error in processing. Will be another 3-5 days. Who's refunds take 30 days? You process it, it's received within a week. Normally 1-2 days. 👎

    Imagine paying £30 a month for NowTV for the football, you can't even watch half the league due to Saturday 3pm kickoffs and the service doesn't let you sign in to watch the games

    I mustered up the courage to ring NowTV to ask for a refund or some sort of discount but he said that basically I have to wait the 10 days to make sure the issue is resolved because if the issue persists they can only refund me ONCE so like, if i ask for a refund now i'll only

    @PteroSaturn Exactly, I am streaming Southpark on nowtv with no issues but basic chat functions on things refuse to work and most of Twitter is just blank. So weird.

    @ITVXhelp @froozelumcuckoo @ITVX It’s only taken them 2 hours of constant messages from users for them to acknowledge there’s an issue with roku & nowtv devices.

    @NOW broadband is perhaps the worst provider, although, I suspect they will be rivalled. Always on days when emails are crucial/you’re trying to link to important calls, the same “there is a problem with your internet” & an orange exclamation point. Fruitless! #nowtv #poorservice

    @ITVXhelp @ITVX Hi having issues loading itvx on my nowtv stick just won’t load reset wi/fi router & stick it’s all up to date with updates did say it was at your end once but now it won’t get past even the loading bit at very start
