    Never have any issues with Netflix or amazon or disneyplus but oh my god is there anything worse than NOWTV????? it’s terrible

    Well @OpenreachHelp … we ordered #superfastbroadband thru @NOWTV & @WeAreOpenreach were due to activate it on July 1st. So over a month later and many many OR engineers we have no broadband at all & not even a telephone line anymore. Disappointed doesn’t even cover it - pls fix

    @NOWTV I'd like to know why my home WiFi has gone down this afternoon? I've checked everything and it's all connected fine. I've tried turning the box off and on again but no luck. Is there a major issue with the home WiFi system in the Birmingham area at the moment?

    Really embarrassing trying to have a work call with a big global client and having @NOWTV broadband meltdown. Again. It’s bad enough that it drops multiple times a day but to just crash altogether is making it impossible to WfH

    @NOWTV why isn't sign in page loading up I'm trying 2 sort my membership out n it isn't working please and someone sort this
