@NOWTV why is it that I cannot speak to anyone in customer service. I cannot consume any service I pay for and all I get told through chat is someone will contact me "soon", no idea when soon will be and nobody can tell me. This is awful customer service

@NOWTV I payed £14.99 to watch Alvarez vs Siner with my kids. You put advertisements at will and to make it worst right in front of my kids there is man rushing to kiss each other. Dam you low life people how dare you do that?😡

@NOWTV help - 2/3 weeks in a row - I havent been able to use the 3 streams at the same. Time - keep getting a ‘too many users’ But i changed password and logged everyone out Please help Or refund me a months money for missing out on a stream im paying for Regards
