    @NOWTV please can help you are charging me money per month and I haven’t bought any passes. Your website won’t let me take my bank details off it and there is apparently no way to contact customer services (I’ve tried)

    @NOWTV @nowtvhelp Your PS4 app is just awful. Constant buffering. Uninstalling and reinstalling doesn’t make it better.

    Between @vodafone and @NOWTV I have the worlds worst internet connection. Trying to watch the cricket and it goes off every 4 overs... give you 15% off your bill is great... #Cheerslads

    The All4 stream is not as good as NowTV or BT. Sure, poor people now have access to cricket, but does that mean I have to put up with a slightly poorer quality output? I didn’t inherit a load of money to put up with this. #INDvENG

    Seriously fed up of @NOWTV i can't log in on any device or any browser. Constantly saying try later?! Try to get help, nobody to talk to sends me round in circles!

    @OpenreachHelp I did during the first outage on Thursday a.m, but they couldn't see anything wrong. Then I discovered that locally people on NowTV, Sky, BT, Vodafone, PlusNet and TalkTalk were all complaining of a simultaneous outage - and Openreach is obviously the common denominator. W7 area
