    @virginmedia Hi, it seems my set top box is on the blink and my chances of watching my beloved Man City maybe at risk. I could switch to Nowtv, but that will cost me £15 for a 24hr pass. I've used the tips as featured in the trouble shooting guide. No luck. Can you help? Thanks

    @NOWTV Please fix subtitles on Season 1 Episode 3 of #ThePitt! They are completely out of sync with what is happening so the episode can’t be enjoyed by Deaf and Hard of Hearing members. I’m not going to continue paying for an entertainment pass I cannot use. #deafaccess

    Dear @NOWTV please make sure that your live streams actually lip sync with the audio & that every time you cut to a break that the app doesn’t crash please? I’m getting kind of bored of it now. If this is what I pay for, you need to try harder #SortItOutPlease #SickofIt

    Please fix the bug that makes the programme start with no picture, just sound. Every F1 I have to log in and out to get a picture and nearly miss the start! 🪲 (LG TV app) @NOWTV

    @NOWTV what’s going on with the subtitles for loads of your shows? True Detective (all seasons) ten or more seconds out of sync! Across multiple devices and even downloaded shows. Is this a known issue?

    Anyone else getting fed up with @NOWTV coverage of @SkySportsF1 Every time I click on it, it’s a black screen. Then eventually the sound is out of sync with the visuals. It’s been an issue for months and I brought it up with them. It’s still not been fixed.
