  @NOWHelpTeam @NOWHelpTeam Me again, is there a timescale on the fix? The only thing worse than the quality of the football in the Leeds game was the stream quality. It is getting a bit ridiculous now. I want to stay with NowTV but this will eventually force my hand.

  @NOWTV hey! For some reason the only thing my remote will do is turn my TV off. Not ideal! Any idea how to fix this?
