E S25OWL 🦉 (@davo33uk) reported@lyncey_gilbe @skytv They have a special Bereavement team who was amazing and when my dad died mum had same problem .. they sorted it all out and within her price budget - if not cancel and use nowtv and you can just say can’t afford PAYG and they offer you like £1.99 a month for basically £19.99 sky

I don't want this as I can't wait for an engineer visit because I need broadband for work

Free Speech 404 UK (@freespeech404uk) reported@NOWTV do you know your subtitles are ALWAYS out of synch with the movie? The subtitles are always 2 minutes ahead of what's happening on screen. It's very annoying! I think it's because you add adverts before the movie? That screws up the timing. FIX IT PLEASE.

I live in the middle of nowhere so my internet isn't great so i'd like to lower the quality of streaming so it doesn't eat my bandwidth. Such a weird oversight considering every streaming service has this option. #NOWTV
