  @stoth8 Rob, thanks for getting back to me. Rob we have not had any reports from that particular phone being an issue. Can you do me a favour can you check and see if your nowtv is working on another device till I narrow down the issue please?

  @bt_uk I can't seem to get my Prime Video or NOWTV apps to work on my YouView box. They just black screen then go back to what I was previously watching...

  @LaughablyFree @NOWTV Yeah the menus are ******* embarrassing. I'm not sure how it is on all formats, but on PS4, it just looks awful and is awful. I'm not sure how they think it's acceptable in 2020. Bugger all choice as well, it's bad.

  @AmazonHelp I'm using a amazon fire stick bought from amazon. So I hope that ticks all the boxes for being supported? Don't blame my network connection because @NOWTV works perfectly (eventually) and our laptop and mobiles work without issues.

  @LouiseDeafAware @NOWTV Sky Go same problem no subtitles on the app, even sky tv isn't all subtitled.
