  @NOW embarrassing quality and service. I have rebooted the app on PS4 And still innumerable, nay, constant buffering and slowdown, particularly on @SkySports Demand compensation, but will certainly be leaving #NOWTV and ending my subscription. Never this problem on @amazon

  @NOWTV @NOWSport After 2 days worth of emails you advise me my issue has been escalated. 3 days after that you emailed me to say you haven't heard back from me!?!? Emailed you back 5 days ago to ask what's going on - no response #NowTV is a joke...

  @SkyHelpTeam Yes, but like I said earlier, the speed has significantly decreased since confirming my switch. It used to comfortably run with my partners laptop, my PC, 2 phones and 2 xboxs all at once. Now it's struggling with no reported issues with 2 phones and a nowtv stick, nothing else?

  @NOWHelpTeam @janfallenx How is this link supposed to help, when you admit that the issue is a NowTV Sports issue? It's not our equipment/setup/internet connection that's causing the problem.

  @fpl_phenom Yeah so I'm with BT for internet and TV & then pay extra for Sky Sports on tv and it also gets me access to Nowtv for consoles ect Ive tried that and found it doesnt work, they know of the issue and are trying to fix but dont seem to be in any rush. Guessing an app update soon

  @TalkTalk are actually useless. Not only have they removed the only boost my grandad uses. TCM. But refused to send out an engineer. The nowtv they have replaced it won't work on his box and their customer service is drivel! He's 82. #Useless
