@NOWTV charge me £8.99 for a day pass with the promise of a "free 6 month mobile pass that will renew monthly after". Of course I took them up on that offer. My mobile pass has not worked for 3 months. Repeatedly I contacted customer support for a fix. 1/2

@bt_uk Hi Alannah. Looks like someone has tried to hack the account and it’s been locked due to many unsuccessful login tries. NOWTV will unlock it within 72 hours. If there’s an issue after that then I will be back in touch.

@SamsungUK @NOWTV Now tv app is telling me to update my firmware on an LS27AM500NUXEN. I have just manually updated to 1101.0, but NowTV still requests a firmware update. Any help?

NowTV has to be the worst streaming platform I have used. BT and DAZN are completely fine but Now have no common sense can’t change the devices I use as the one I want to use says that I’m streaming on multiple devices which I’m not. Bullshit

@NOWHelpTeam Free practice 1 has begun at the Mexico Grand Prix and I STILL cannot use my NowTV account to watch it. As well as fixing the problem what sort of refund will I be getting?

@NOWTV I’m having big issues with my new account. I’ve been billed for a cinema pass when trying to install the app on my TV (it said it was a free 7 day trial). I cancelled it immediately. Now being told I signed up for it alongside Ents & I didn’t! It’s two diff sign up times.
