@NOWHelpTeam why on Earth does the Roku version of the NowTV app crash/exit to the main Roku menu at EVERY ad break? It makes everything impossible to watch anything! Not good enough for a paid service!

Getting a month of @NOWTV and it doesnt even go on VIDAA smart tvs or even work on my ps5 because of "compatability issues" so I can only get use it on my phone? Yeah, that's a month I'm getting ONLY what is this nonsense?

@NOW You've asked me to update my payment details, but it is not possible to do so. Every card I use, the same error message. So, constantly crashing to the home-screen, no adverts just gaps and now I can't make payment. What's going wrong #NowTV? @NOWHelpTeam

It’s been a while but once again having problems with my @NOWTV for whatever reason the channels are switching off at commercial breaks on live TV specifically Sky Showcase and Sky Max…it’s frustrating to say the least & I’m coming to the end of my offers for Entertainment Pass
