  @NOWTV is the worst streaming service in the world You are paying for the service and they include adds It regularly drops in quality to below standard def And it has the lowest number of simultaneously streaming devices. Canceling after my free trial

  @delhi_dave No issue, I only know how to use a VPN correctly as some sites in the UK will only operate if you have a UK IP address, such as NowTV broadband, so I have to use a 'paid' VPN service.

  I reckon whenever you watch so much of @now they **** up the quality on purpose so you buy the boost I have 3 internet connections and all of them are producing ****** quality ONLY on nowtv app. ******* shambles of a money grabbing company.

  @NOWHelpTeam I have got a Samsung 32inch TV with the nowtv app installed which has kept giving an error message of firmware update needed. I have spoken to Samsung who have said to contact yourselves. The app has now disappeared. Can you help please?

  @NOWTV do your now TV sticks have some kind of a death timer? Very strange I bought 2 at same time about 1yr ago they were both set on same day, now within days of each other both remotes refuse to pair. #nowtv #nowtvremote unusable and still paying for service!!

  What is going on with the now TV broadband? Worst broadband service ever. 3 days in a row now the broad band goes off around midnight. Still not back on. Can't get hold of them either. 🤬 @NOWTV @NOWHelpTeam

  @NOWHelpTeam update: is intermittent- if i keep restarting propgramme 2/3 times issue clears! Reckon a NowTV issue!
