@NOWTV I’m on my second remote which has also decided to stop working. Speaking to a Webchat agent who is telling me I need to buy a new remote!! I’ve only had Now tv since June and now I’m left with a tv that doesn’t work!!!! What am I supposed to do now!?

@Lisa7Pettifer Left Sky years ago after an argument over a broken box. Have NowTV which I’ve NEVER paid full price for. Go to cancel and they give me an offer. Got Netflix and Prime too. Always loads to watch :)

@edensthings on @nowtv the subtitles are very spotty - at times they'll just stop leading you to having no idea what's just been said, and then picking up again mid sentence. terrible.
