Hi @NOWTV @nowtvhelp having real issues with subtitles disappearing during films/tv. Really not good for accessibility, seems like a bug that needs fixing!!

@NOWTV i have elderly ppl in the house no broadband nor fixed line telephone. Can you tell us if it is area problem? Also can the home phone by diverted to mobile number?

@NOWTV windows 10 app keeps crashing, get a pop up saying Something is wrong. This app will now quit. Which as error messages go is somewhat south of useful. can you fix it please? £35 a month to not be able to watch TV is a bit crap
