    @NOWHelpTeam I need help. I was given nowtv passes because my SkyTV wasn’t working. My sky is now working again so we no longer need nowtv but it seems we’ve been charged over £60 this month when we just expected it to cancel when the free period was over..

    @theloop It's super annoying that many basic controls like "skip back 10 seconds" don't work on many Apple TV apps like YouTube and NowTV (Sky), surely such basics should be compulsory to get through the App Store

    Big companies like @NowTV & @Apple could help the environment by not forcing people to upgrade their devices when their old ones are perfectly functional & well looked after. I shouldn't have to buy a new Apple TV just because Now TV wants me to buy a new one. What bullshit!?
