    @NOWHelpTeam Hi KH. No. The frustrating thing about this issue is everyone I have spoken to at Sky/NowTV treats it as if it could be coming from 'userland' IE something odd at my end. We've clearly demonstrated inconsistency in your own systems here. Something about my account is *broken*.

    @NOWTV bought a sports day membership ahead of the Derby & keep getting error when fetching passes when I try to stream... tried logging out but it's still not working!!
