Luke Wijsveld (@lukewijsveld) reported@nowtvhelp Does @NOWTV not work on Samsung TVs anymore? Now TV adverts play followed by a blue screen with ‘Unable to load Video’. Have reinstalled, rebooted with no luck for the last few weeks. Works fine on iPad, so not sure what to do, any advice?

NOW TV Help (@nowtvhelp) reported@AshBurns54 Sorry Ashley, these settings should be on your Xbox console not through the app. It may just be an issue on the NowTV app conflicting with the idle settings on the device.

Kris Adams TV (@KrisAdamsTV) reported@NOWTV It seems more like a website thing than the app itself (Mac or Windows). Whenever the VPN is connected, the website doesn’t work. And the website is the only way to change channels, reconnect if the app drops out, etc
