@OpenreachHelp We’ve already contacted our provider (NowTV). The delay was due to your engineer being injured during his work and your company didn’t provider us any replacements. We were then told a week later that someone would visit on 28th - but now told it will actually be 6th October.

@NOW I can open Nowtv page on my Mac but when I want to sign the page goes blank. (its been 3 days now) Works on phone and Tv. Both Apple products so I dont think that is the issue. Any ideas guys?

@NOWHelpTeam No it was through the NowTV stick and NowTV broadband. I looked on the All4 website. Is there an issue regarding broadcasting rights? Or should I be able to view live free to air program via All4 on the NowTV app in future?

@NOW so I bought NOW TV for a month to trial it. It doesn’t work on either of my two TVs - Panasonic or Toshiba. It only works on my Apple devices. It should be called ‘NOW Device’. #useless #nowtv #notv
