    @NOWTV I’m on a free weeks trial, 3 days in and it’s only worked 50% of the times I use it... I’m on Amazon fire stick, also same issues on my partners account using PS4 in different location

    @NOWTV You have just told me over the phone that the wifi connection is not your responsibility and because I am not a commercial customer it is not your problem if I cannot use your internet connection to teach. This will work well when I cannot teach from home next week.

    @dumilaiweman Exactly. Fix Btv2 into a real content engine or fully commit to NowTV as Botswana’s digital future. Right now, we have weak broadcasting and a substandard streaming platform. Digital audiences won’t tolerate poor UX or half-hearted execution. With the "best" tools allegedly.

    @NOWTV Been kicked out half way through a film and cant get back in, have logged out and in again and its no different. Can't watch anything - plays a trailer then goes back to the watch now page. Help! Having a lovely night with my grandson......

    @NOWTV too often your live streams are interruptive & stuttering. Too often your "something has gone wrong" message pops up on my screen. It's not my broadband, which is a 700MB service, so what are you doing to resolve your ongoing streaming issues? #nowtv #skysports
