@NOWTV I’m on a free weeks trial, 3 days in and it’s only worked 50% of the times I use it... I’m on Amazon fire stick, also same issues on my partners account using PS4 in different location

@nowtvhelp I am currently using the NowTV Player software on PC w/ a HDMI cable to my TV. This works OK but occasionally this freezes and the video & audio go out of sync which wasn't an issue with Chromecast.

@NOWTV You have just told me over the phone that the wifi connection is not your responsibility and because I am not a commercial customer it is not your problem if I cannot use your internet connection to teach. This will work well when I cannot teach from home next week.

It’s been a while but once again having problems with my @NOWTV for whatever reason the channels are switching off at commercial breaks on live TV specifically Sky Showcase and Sky Max…it’s frustrating to say the least & I’m coming to the end of my offers for Entertainment Pass
