@NOWTV In the past month or so it’s dipped offline a few times which has made working from home more difficult- no issues spotted on service status. I want to swap from brill broadband to fab fibre - but is the fav fibre deal (£24/12mths) only for new customers?

@nowtvhelp @NOWTV everytime I fill in your "find account" it shows as "Sorry, we couldn’t find a match" - the account details are 100% correct and will not progress past this point. Looks like a technical issue on your site, please advise
