    @NOWTV I have just signed up to now tv and cannot access it on my TV. Very annoying! Sign in details apparently don’t match. 6 attempts now!

    @bt_uk Hi. Just reset nowtv box hasn’t changed a single thing… so has to be BT. The issue is this isn’t the first time it has done this and I’m fed up on changing the password every single time. I’ve have two tvs that use the bt app so once i changed the password a couple weeks -

    @NOWHelpTeam Hello, I am trying to set up a NOWtv sports 1 month account, but as soon as I enter all my details and press pay, it won’t accept payment and I can’t click the button. I’ve tried on numerous devices and I’m encountering the same issue.

    @NOWHelpTeam Worst streaming service I’ve used EVER. Why do I need to switch off my TV just to get my laptop to work? Even though I never use the NOW app anywhere else????🙄😓🥱🤔 I keep getting ‘simultaneous streaming error’ even though I only use NOW on my Mac? #nowtv

    @NOWTV Just bought a day membership to watch the match and it's not letting me access it. It's saying that my membership isn't active, yet I've been charged and received a receipt. Help needed please 🙏!

    @plex @NOWTV In a world where a lot of tech is treated as disposable and we have real issues with recycling and rare earth metals ending up in landfill, kudos to @Samsung for continued support of a 5yr old TV.
