@nowtv how come a broadband service provides such a bad customer service? How can they fail at installing broadband in time and not give us any sort of solution in the next 48 hours? Worst experience ever.

  • AmberLetham Amberdoesmermaidhair (@AmberLetham) reported

@NOWHelpTeam major issues trying to use the app on PS4 & ps5, both apps up to date and internet connection is fine with everything else but nowtv is constantly crashing?

  • katebevan Kate 'two jags' Bevan (@katebevan) reported

@BereniceHealey you can sign into the iPlayer app on a telly by going to a website and it's easy. On NowTV you have to pick every single letter via an onscreen keyboard. It doesn't have shortcuts for the usual email providers, or even a shortcut for .com. It's SO AWFUL

@LozzaFox The problem with booing is it gets too much exposure so makes anything appear bigger than it is. I watch NOWTV and I am getting rather fed up with the commentators but don’t have a problem with what the players do. However, agree with Zaha it has lost its potency.

@NOWTV - Just wondering why you have simultaneously signed me up for several new packages without permission, and then immediately made it so the website wont let me login to my account to remove the extra subscriptions... #SeemsLikeFraudToMe

Lost@my nowtv remote a week ago and it just had the audacity to tell me on the screen that it’s low battery. Show yourself and then we can fix that

@ArmyStrang NowTV here in the UK is awful. Got to download a client, has a complicated series of steps to actually start the wretched thing, then has extremely limited options to control the stream, no subtitle options. They are giving it to me for £1.99 a month though so that's not bad.
