    @NOW You've locked me in a 12-month NOWTV contract without me knowing, ignored my complaint for over a month and now 3 agents have closed chats with me and told me they cannot help me. Oh, surprise, no phone line that works! Disgusting.

    @virginmedia Hi, it seems my set top box is on the blink and my chances of watching my beloved Man City maybe at risk. I could switch to Nowtv, but that will cost me £15 for a 24hr pass. I've used the tips as featured in the trouble shooting guide. No luck. Can you help? Thanks

    Anyone else getting fed up with @NOWTV coverage of @SkySportsF1 Every time I click on it, it’s a black screen. Then eventually the sound is out of sync with the visuals. It’s been an issue for months and I brought it up with them. It’s still not been fixed.

    @conor_gamble @NOWTV It is odd, I can access it on my phone & laptop but not TV. It must be a software problem at their end (just tv) related.
