@ruskin147 @virginmedia I was completely put off Virgin from the constant complaints of outages on Hanwell Friends FB. Apart from an outage when an OpenReach cabinet flooded, NowTV Broadband has been flawless.

  • seanscoob Sean Kelly (@seanscoob) reported

@PrimeVideo why has your app stopped working on my @NOWTV stick? It worked yesterday. All other apps are working. It says internet connection issue but everything g is ok except prime video! I have plugged out, deleted app, reinstalled etc. not working?!?

  • RyanUK90 UKRyan (@RyanUK90) reported

@NOWHelpTeam You guys should focus on creating engineer callouts more carefully, this is the second engineer we've had come to fix our broadband issue only for NowTV to have put the fault in as a phone line issue so the lovely and helpful @OpenreachHelp couldn't help...

  • gonebull_ Gone Bull (@gonebull_) reported

@NOWTV you have the worst apps and one of the most expensive streaming services… not only that you stick adverts everywhere. Sort out your sh*t service and pay for some devs you cheapskates.

  • andywasley Andy Wasley (@andywasley) reported

Is NOWTV trying to collect an award for being utterly, utterly awful in every respect? It's like the Boris Johnson of streaming services: promises a lot, but it's a total shambles and leaves you feeling angry and betrayed.

  • Whatleydude James Whatley (@Whatleydude) reported

@artesea @Channel4 @NOWTV How is one SD better than another? I don't have a sky box but if I could ppv via an app (in a decent quality) then I would.

@NOWHelpTeam Hi. Twitter says "NOWHelpTeam can't be messaged" ? Problem > Trying to log into NowTV account > forgot password > your email to me to change password never arrives. Made several attempts. Please advise by DM why? Thank you.

@NOW_Ireland I'd like to watch NowTv on my chrome book but there is no app and playback in the browser doesn't seem to work. Any suggestions?

@UridiumAuthor The TV is on the newest firmware so not sure what else to do. If the TV is screwed (I don't think it is as 4k does work for TV box and consoles) I'll just put Firestick and NowTV into 1080p (which resolved it) and get a new TV in future.
