    @NOWTV why does everything I watch on your app now include audio description with no option to turn it off? Obviously there’s benefits for people who need it but paying subscriptions when you can’t choose whether you want it or not is a bit of a joke! Help please!

    @NOWTV why is it that I cannot speak to anyone in customer service. I cannot consume any service I pay for and all I get told through chat is someone will contact me "soon", no idea when soon will be and nobody can tell me. This is awful customer service

    @hayuhelps currently pay for hayu via @NOWTV. It seems to be a weekly occurrence now where shows are missing, episodes are missing and take days to arrive IF AT ALL. New series don't materialise until days later. What is going on and why am I paying for such a terrible service?

    @lola987123 @FilmUpdates Thats what they've been doing and it sucks ******* ***, NowTV is genuinely the worst streaming app ive ever used, im glad HBOs here now.

    @_hypocaust NowTV has regular play issues for me. Often needs resetting, and the default screen is a mess. DAZN has lifted its game but is still prone to bad jitters.

    My nowtv refusing to work on my laptop is annoying me SO BAD im having to watch my dumb show on my phone rn
