@WilliamNB Found myself in that situation. Some BT ? tech had ducked my DSL line to plug someone else Getting things fixed can be a pain. @NOWTV tech support was very dishonest and disrespectful and difficult to analyse and fix whilst in lockdown

It is absolutely shocking that @NOWTV still doesn't have subtitles for viewers using the BT TV box. Really terrible from an accessibility standpoint.

@NOWTV @nowtvhelp hello my nowtv app isn’t signing in on my nowtv box but it is fine on tablet. All other apps on box are working fine. What is the issue here please?

@NOWTV Hi. I've arranged for broadband to be activated on Feb 20th. It's been changed, by you, to 22nd Feb. Why is this? Also, the hub delivery address is my current address, but the broadband is for my new address - only my current address is showing on my account. Help please.

@NOWTV Broadband is the absolute worst. 10/10 would NOT recommend to anyone thinking of joining with them. No help on the phone either. Not what you want when you and your partner are both relying on internet working from home 😒😒

I signed up for a week free trial of NowTV My trial has now come to an end so went to cancel (it should be £11.99 per month) They offered me a deal so I'm now paying only £3 for the next 3 months! 3/4 price discount! Try it, it might work for you too! #NowTV #moneysaving

@NOWTV I'm consistently getting VGC-4253024462:4253024462 error when opening Now TV player after a few seconds of showing content......on macOS....uninstalled/reinstalled player but same issue. Was working recently.

@NOWTV Hiya! Yup, tried a service check, all ticks. Have had an engineer out a couple of months back and thought the problem had been fixed. No luck unfortunately, speeds always drop again a few weeks later.
