  Why do streaming services have their audio adjusted so low? If I’m watching YouTube I have to set my tv volume to 20 or its blaring, yet on nowtv, Netflix, Amazon I set it to max 100 and it’s still low, having to buy speakers when they aren’t the problem clearly

  @skytv your NOWtv app is terrible, especially on AppleTV: I’d like to subscribe to your UHD service, but I get no sound on AppleTV! You are loosing revenue. No option to watch from start on live tv! Should be able to stream past live TV almost immediately. Please fix these issues

  @lyncey_gilbe @skytv They have a special Bereavement team who was amazing and when my dad died mum had same problem .. they sorted it all out and within her price budget - if not cancel and use nowtv and you can just say can’t afford PAYG and they offer you like £1.99 a month for basically £19.99 sky

  Anyone else getting fed up with @NOWTV coverage of @SkySportsF1 Every time I click on it, it’s a black screen. Then eventually the sound is out of sync with the visuals. It’s been an issue for months and I brought it up with them. It’s still not been fixed.

  @CelticSky28 @skytv @NOWTV The problem is that it's available all at once on not-so-legal channels, so the opportunity to do week-by-week is lost. You can really only do week-by-week now if the entire world is in sync.

  @Benleo NOWTv has an even worse Indian call centre, I guarantee it. VM is only the second worst TV co.
