Chelsea (@Ch3ls34ss) reported@NOWHelpTeam I thought the issue with two devices had been resolved but alas it's back to how it used to be. I don't have to force close any other app I subscribe to, why do I have to do it with nowtv? Why can the app not be intuitive enough to realise the first TV is on standby?

Debbie Blackman #ManifestSpinOff (@DebbieBlackma14) reported@chefarchiepie @NOW @NOWTV It really is frustrating when they won't or can't help you. We're paying a subscription for a shows I can't watch as no subtitles so what's the point. And when you ask for help they ignore you

Tony (@TonyB_1997) reported@SilverAscend @LeoKearse If BBC iPlayer and NOWTV can figure out you are on a VPN then I’m fairly sure it’s possible for the ISPs to block access to the VPN servers completely, regardless of protocol. Sure, it’s whack-a-mole, but they don’t need it to be perfect to be effective.
