    @nowtvhelp Why do I need to spend time on the phone, get transferred between departments, and then get cut off (it’s happened before)? Customers should be connected automatically after having broadband installed, without having to ask. I’m tired of calling NowTV, worst customer service!

    @NOWTV @nowtvhelp your iPhone and iPad apps do not work on the iOS 14.5 beta, even after the app update this week. It just crashes and goes back to Home Screen every time you try to load the app. iPhone and iPad.

    @NOWTV Hi Team, I have placed order for Now TV broadband but my order was cancelled after few days. I am not sure why, I contacted your customer services but they do not know either why the order was cancelled. Can you please help ? Thanks

    @nowtvhelp PLEASE HELP HAVE AN LG SMART TV HAVE UNINSTALLED APP AND REINSTALLED NOWTV BUT SKY SPORTS F1 SCREEN STILL SCRAMBLED ALL FILMS, BOXSETS, ENTERTAINMENT CHANNELS ARE WORKING AS ARE ALL THE OTHER SKY SPORTS CHANNELS,AM A MASSIVE F1 WHO IS EXTREMLY FRUSTRATED @nowtvhelp

    @NOWTV ordered a brand new tv stick off amazon. Arrived yesterday and it doesn’t work! Gets stuck on the pairing remote screen. Have been on all the forums and they say that this is an issue on some devices. I think the remote is faulty. How do I get a get a new one sent out?

    Earlier this week I upgraded to SuperFast Fibre with @NOWTV. Since I was connected I've received nuisance calls at least hourly, spoofed numbers, starting from 7:30am, telling me of "issues". I blow raspberries at them and hang up. Shouldn't you protect my data @nowtvhelp???

    @NOWTV WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! Tried for 3 weeks for a home move for Wifi, Spoken to many people everytime I get told I have to wait 1-2 days and still no sign of Wifi then get told I need to wait 72hrs for a call back from a manager. Absolutely shocking!

    Hey @OpenreachHelp apparently its your problem and an issue with your employees that have meant after 3 weeks we still have no internet with @NOWTV and are spending 100s of pounds on data to work and homeschool.....
